My experience was very bad from the beginning. The seller deceived me into signing a contract and giving my deposit by offering things I did not received. When I brought it up to a management absolutely nothing was done. I moved into a home I am not happy with. I will give them a zero if I could, the whole process was very bad.

Disappointing Experience with Richmond America

Our experience with Richmond America has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to being misled multiple times throughout the process. First, we were lied to about how the incentives work. Additionally, we were given an incorrect cash-to-close amount, which was nearly double what we were initially told. Despite having my child support amount accurately listed on all signed papers, I was treated with suspicion and accused of lying about it. This resulted in the child support not qualifying, and I was required to pay off all my remaining debt to get approved. This process took about a ...
