We were extremely pleased with the entire process of buying a home here at Richmond - Esperando. This was our first time buying a new build home, and Richmond made sure to take care of all of our needs, questions, concerns... anything we needed was done in a timely manner and they made sure the end result was exactly what we paid for and wanted. Everyone from the sales agent to our designer to our field super to management to our loan officer ... we we're always greeted with a friendly smile and great professionalism. We bought a very nice brand new house at a very good price. The Richmond Agent, Denise, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The persons who helped us with the final walking through also were very friendly and speaks Spanish! They answered all questions and helped us knowing better how everything works at our new home!

Buying our Richmond American home was easy. The Sarah was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for us with its beautiful layout. Reasonably priced. Lovely neighborhood and all surroundings.

They were able to work with us and get everything ready a week early so we could close on our new home. That matched up with the closing on our old home. They were very helpful and worked extra hard to make poor transition as easy as possible.

This overall experience has been great. The people that work for Richmond homes are outstanding. My experience with Beth was just great. She even remembers my mom and me from months ago looking at houses. They have been very flexible for everything. Even after purchasing the home, Dorian was great to do the 30 day walk through in which he took every concern with care that needed to be fixed. Thank you Richmond for welcoming me to Vegas that I can now call my forever home!

Location is nice to new comer. All the things you want in a brand new house, the designer already put in it. The size of house fits into the lot size perfectly. Buy a brand new house is lots better than the old ones. Don't worry every thing is covered under the warranty. Interior colors are well chosen. After closing service is looked after very very good by the Richmond American homes workers as Jon, Angel and Raul. They are proud of their job so as me happy to deal with them. Eager to see your guys in August.

Overall- Good experience. Sales man Greg was great as well as Tracey with the home gallery design center .

From the sell agent , loan officer, the walk through guy, was such a great and easy experience. They took off the pressure of buying and made it enjoyable. If I had to do it again, I will still do it with Richmond American.

Overall the buying experience was good. Never easy dealing with lenders. Richmond staff were great and the warranty group is doing better then expected based off the last new construction home I bought. John of the warranty staff is a great asset for Richmond. Items to get corrected after move in is not surprising. When you mass produce hones QA is harder to do and things will need to be adjusted/corrected. But John makes it all happen without any problems. Overall we are happy with our new home.

Easy and knowledgeable employees that know there products.

Everything was easy from the first minute we met Michelle. It started with a virtual walk-through and we did not have to visit any physical address - not even after the closing was complete. We just had to attend the one home inspection before final closing and every item was addressed within the week. I also recently met with Andrea for the one month follow up visit and she promptly attended to two issues we discovered after move-in. Overall it has been a great experience and we can't wait to begin our retirement in our beautiful new home.

If you are looking for quality, RA homes are highly recommended!
