We were extremely pleased with the entire process of buying a home here at Richmond - Esperando. This was our first time buying a new build home, and Richmond made sure to take care of all of our needs, questions, concerns... anything we needed was done in a timely manner and they made sure the end result was exactly what we paid for and wanted. We bought a very nice brand new house at a very good price. The Richmond Agent, Denise, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The persons who helped us with the final walking through also were very friendly and speaks Spanish! They answered all questions and helped us knowing better how everything works at our new home!

Buying our Richmond American home was easy. The Sarah was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for us with its beautiful layout. Reasonably priced. Lovely neighborhood and all surroundings.

We purchased our home without seeing it in person but Beth guided us, Beth updated regularly took videos and pics while it was being built and we surely didn’t make a mistake I love my house (: Love my kitchen, big counter and functionality is excellent. My kitchen is a party place, open concept with lots of room to move around. I would recommend Richmond anytime!!

Richmond American Homes has some of the most functional, efficient designs, and desirable upgrade options of the builders we visited. My purchase experience with RAH was quick, to-the-point (and no sale games). Everyone was very professional to work with. RHA team was very thorough in the after-sale follow-ups to make sure we have all questions answered, and our new home is as complete as can be.

My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.
