We bought a very nice brand new house at a very good price. The Richmond Agent, Denise, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The persons who helped us with the final walking through also were very friendly and speaks Spanish! They answered all questions and helped us knowing better how everything works at our new home!

Buying our Richmond American home was easy. The Sarah was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for us with its beautiful layout. Reasonably priced. Lovely neighborhood and all surroundings.

They were able to work with us and get everything ready a week early so we could close on our new home. That matched up with the closing on our old home. They were very helpful and worked extra hard to make poor transition as easy as possible.

My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.

all are good but when we reported water leaks of all the bathroom sinks we expected someone to urgently come and fix it. Then next day a lady came and said they don't cover the leaking problem, said it is regular for leaking because the house is new. We are very confused and didn't believe that new house should have this leaking problem as regular. The houses we purchased from other builders don't have such a "regular" leaking problem. The lady left without doing anything to stop the leaking.

It was a great experience from start to finish, we had a great team helping us and Bill was awesome.

Excellent home, loving it everyday!

Overall the buying experience was good. Never easy dealing with lenders. Richmond staff were great and the warranty group is doing better then expected based off the last new construction home I bought. John of the warranty staff is a great asset for Richmond. Items to get corrected after move in is not surprising. When you mass produce hones QA is harder to do and things will need to be adjusted/corrected. But John makes it all happen without any problems. Overall we are happy with our new home.

Easy and knowledgeable employees that know there products.

Everything was easy from the first minute we met Michelle. It started with a virtual walk-through and we did not have to visit any physical address - not even after the closing was complete. We just had to attend the one home inspection before final closing and every item was addressed within the week. I also recently met with Andrea for the one month follow up visit and she promptly attended to two issues we discovered after move-in. Overall it has been a great experience and we can't wait to begin our retirement in our beautiful new home.
