We fill lucky to locate a new built home making our move from Arizona to Oregon a lot less concerning. Nothing needed to be addressed in the home so all we had to do was to move all our stuff in.

There were a few hiccups in my home buying process but I need to give credit to ***** at Home American Mortgage for taking so much time and true effort to improve my experience. He was truly so helpful and really pulled through for me as a c*****nt. I felt like ***** actually looked at me as a person and not a loan on a piece of paper. His communication and follow through is 10/10. I also really appreciated ***** from ***** for helping me out and picking up slack where others fell short with. My realtor and I did not feel as if the main agent helping sell the home had good communication or follow through and left a lot of open ends during the transaction, it felt like it was just another sale and ***** even get responses from him multiple times. Had an amazing experience from start to finish. You can really tell that Richmond cares about families and the people who buy their homes. The team is so friendly, positive and encouraging. I believe this is a quality built home. We are happy with it and excited that it is ours.

Our experience purchasing our new Holt Home was fantastic. The sales team help write an offer that helped us financially and was accepted by the Contractor. A superintendent was assigned to us to facilitate initial walk thru, punch list, and final walthrough. He assured that every detail was to meet our expectation. We were advised to have a home inspection. We were amazed to only find a few minor things needing attention. Those issues few fixed in short order without debating or extending the closing timelines. Overall home buying process was not bad at all. However, the quality of house has been very disappointing so far. I have had some sagging floor. And fortunately I could still use the warranty service which Richmond home provides us. However, I am doubting the quality of the framers who work under Richmond home. They lifted up the floor, and this issue has not been solved for a few weeks now. So overall, it is quite disappointing.

Our experience with Holt Homes/Richmond American has been excellent! Peter went above and beyond to help us with any small issues we encountered upon move-in, and helping us understand the features of our new home. Carolina was very helpful and informative in helping us choose which floorplan was most suitable for our needs!

The sales staff and construction team both really knew how to guide me through buying my first house and made the process of buying my first home feel very comfortable.

If possible schedule several showings of different models to ensure you have a good feel of layout. It is crucial to know how a house will be situated and how high the crawl space will be on a lot where a home is not yet built. There were some mishaps about ordering laundry machines from the design center that actually did not fit the space, but all were very accommodating about figuring out how remove the appliances and refund those monies. Everyone has been friendly and responsive, but during my purchase and build, there seemed to be some short staffing and communication breakdowns internally that made my appointments feel rushed. ... From our first viewing of the model homes with Kris to the after move in service with Will Holt Homes has been great to work with. This will be my 7th home purchase and the best yet. During our shopping for a new home we were asking each of the builders for detailed information about the models and plots. Kris was super responsive and gave us detailed information which helped us to pick our new Holt Home. We were out of state buyers so this level of support was greatly appreciated. After we were in contract Will worked to resolve any little issues that we found during the walkthrough. He also showed up after close to help with a number of small adjustments like resolving some drainage issues with new river rock and drain. Lorant also came to resolve an issue with the refrigerator that wouldn't quite fit. The welcome gift from the sales office was a nice touch, I'm drinking my coffee from the mug right now. Also Will came by after we moved in with more gifts, a welcome door mat and cleaning supplies for our new house. Excellent service all the way around. ... More

It was very easy with going through everything. The inspector was very thorough and quick to respond to any maintenance issues after closing.

Sales staff were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Post close, warranty department have been good to work with, however issues identified slow to get responded to.

We had a great experience buying our first house with Richmond American Homes. Our sales agent, J'mir, was beyond helpful. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He frequently checked in to see if we had questions or issues. He kept us updated with a timeline, which was extremely helpful for a firsttime home buyer. We used their preferred lender which made our buying experience seamless as everyone communicated with each other. Our walkthroughs went well and I was pleased to see the builder's had already begun fixing the minor things that were found on our home inspection. After living in my home for 2 weeks, my only critique so far is that I would have liked to choose the previously installed appliances. Great experience! Love my home so much! The sales agents were very kind and knowledgeable! Would recommend Richmond American homes over other builders in the area. Their level of construction is top tier and they offer really great floor plans that are hard to find else where!

I was shocked to see that I was able to get into a brand new build since I was buying by myself. Hattie was amazing giving me the tour, talking about how everything worked & how the process would go. She helped me loosely crunch some numbers to show me what my mortgage would be. I never felt pressured to buy or fill out paperwork on the spot, which I really liked! We messaged a few times before I went back in to officially start the process. We have recently purchased a house from Richmond. We’ve had a smooth process and we’re very happy with the results. Richmond were keeping us informed about everything and explained the whole process clearly. They were being responsive and helpful. The house itself is very nice and the great material was used! We’re very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy a house!

It was an easy process using their lender. One thing I would say to someone buying with appliances included, make sure you know what appliances your getting. It will not be what's in the model. This was a problem for me because they provided the cheapest appliances they could. Some of the items pointed out during walk thru, they seemed to always have an answer why it can't be done. Some of the smaller things they said would be done was not. Put everything in writing even things they say they provide, like more barkdust, cleaning, and pressure washing before move in.

Lori was a fantastic sales agent and facilitated the purchase of my new home flawlessly. Everyone from the lender to the closing team was fantastic.

I’m a first time buyer and this has been a very tough market! Richmond American Homes made my buying process extremely smooth as well as hooked me up with an excellent rate giving me a decent monthly payment!
