We had an amazing experience with Richmond American from start to finish. The incentives matched with quality of the home made it a no-brainer when evaluating our options in the area. Renee and Brian were extremely supportive and continue to be an amazing resource after purchasing our home. The amazing treatment after the sale shows how much they stand behind their product and customers.

Our Sales Agent was great at communicating the progress of the home , including the construction manager. We are out of state buyers and weekly updates made a lot of difference. We were provided with important contacts needed. The mortgage lending side of Richmond American was easy to work with. I would recommend Richmond American Homes.

The super was personal and responsive to my concerns at every step. I feel this home has a better overall design and finish than others in this price range!

The title says it all. From the initial contact with Colin, the home builders representative, to choosing a floor plan that met our needs, through closing, and move in. The entire process went smoothly and quickly without ever feeling pushed or rushed. I would definitely recommend Richmond American Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.
