The persons who helped us with the final walking through also were very friendly and speaks Spanish! They answered all questions and helped us knowing better how everything works at our new home!

This was our first home purchase but not the first exposure to the home buying experience. A family member recently closed on a new construction from a different builder and it was a headache and total mess for them. We all know about the horror stories. Our expectations were low and we figured it’d be like pulling teeth to have any concerns addressed. This was not the case! We couldn’t be happier with our home. Jesse, Rex, and Chad at Desert Oasis II truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you gentlemen for our forever home. We will raise a family in our house and make lasting memories.
