Gene and Brian were so welcoming and able to answer all our questions and address the concerns that arose. They were available when needed and willing to help any way possible. They made this decision a no brainer, we are so thankful to them.

Dadina was wonderful! From start to finish she answered our questions, met us during off times, provided updates on the build, and provided us with a great experience. 30 days in and the quality of the home is amazing. This is true testament to the superintendent (Steven) and his crew. They kept on schedule to the day which is a remarkable achievement.

I really can't say enough great things about my home buying experience. As a single person buying a home, it was all quite overwhelming but everyone has been so kind and helpful. Brent was amazing throughout the buying process (going above and beyond such as measuring the refrigerator space). Then, the get the house perfect for move in team (I believe his name was Zach) was outstanding -and then I've had a few issues but Nick/Rick have been very responsive and supportive, post move-in. Good experience, I recommend it.

Sales agent Brigitte was wonderful and patient with me. Loan officer Jennifer went the extra mile. Superintendent Jesse took personal interest in ensuring any concerns fixed. On top of this great team, I like the home layout, choice of sytles, quality of materials and excellent skillls of the folks who build everything.. This company is run very well from end to end.

We bought a Richmond American model in Florida. We picked the Azure model. My wife and I love it. Our rep Rosemary was wonderful and helped us immensely in picking and buying our home. We have lived in it just over a month and have n o complaints. We stop and look around almost daily and cannot believe we are actually living in such a nice home.

Richmond American’s onsite sales team, dedicated lender, patient final stretch coordinator and site superintendent went above and beyond, every step of the way - from inception, build-out through closing. After closing, sales agent and lender were available and answered the few concerns, with the same immediacy as during the sales process. Richmond corporate QC has been outstanding, ensuring that any remaining punch concerns are being addressed, resolved. Awesome couldn’t be better process was great and smooth

I would recommend Richmond American homes for any new home shoppers. They use superior materials for their construction. They provide you with enough space at your backyard at no extra cost. I have more than 3500 square footage at my backyard and people keep asking me how much did I pay to get extra lot? Their finishing is top notch. The on-sight sales representative Vicky and Betty are phenomenal. We are happy we bought from Richmond American homes.

Our experience as first-time homebuyers with Richmond American Homes was exceptional from beginning to end. We initially visited Sage Park on a whim to explore the community and get a sense of the pricing and features of new homes, as we were moving from out of state in a month and wanted to determine the best place to live and raise our family. Dave at Sage Park was welcoming, professional, and genuinely supportive. He never pressured us into signing a contract just for the sake of it. After touring two homes under construction and the model home, we found the perfect fit. Dave then guided us through what to expect if we decided to make an offer and outlined the timelines for the next steps. That same day, we entered into a contract, started the loan process, and began the waiting period. Over the next 37 days, we worked closely with Dave, as well as the HomeAmerican Mortgage Team, who kept us informed every step of the way. On closing day, Dave welcomed us with a big smile and a heartfelt "Welcome Home" as we walked through the door. He handed us our keys along with our first housewarming gift, and we couldn't have been happier.
