We have been so happy with our home! This is our second Richmond home. We have seen other builders but nobody has had the same workmanship of Richmond

They were very responsive and kind to deal with.

They were able to work with us and get everything ready a week early so we could close on our new home. That matched up with the closing on our old home. They were very helpful and worked extra hard to make poor transition as easy as possible.

I am enjoying my new Richmond American home

I have to say I was skeptical after we were in the process and I began looking up reviews, but I can say everything went smoothly. The house was a few months later than originally estimated. Our walks were thorough and everything that was marked was fixed. And a few minor things we’ve noticed since being here a few weeks have been promptly taken care of by our rep. All the trades workers have been polite and professional. Overall; I really have not complaints. We would buy another RA home.

Everyone we worked with at Richmond was kind, informative and very responsive. They went out of their way to make sure every detail of our new home was to our liking. Tom even found minor issues that we missed and took the initiative to correct them on his own. Our new home is beautiful and even the smallest of details were designed and built to be over the top impressive. The quality of our new home is superb and the entire experience from start to close was seamless, enjoyable and informative. We would gladly purchase another home from Richmond!

We have been looking at Richmond’s home for over 2 years in Menifee California. In December 2023 Jen called us and had the perfect property. We bought the house Jen showed us and are very happy with our new home. Very excited for the RV garage and all my cars fit in the garage now. Thank you!

My realtor, Veronica, was extremely helpful in understanding my requirements for a new home and communicating that with the builder's sales agent, Christian. He showed me the perfect home to meet every requirement I had. During the initial walkthrough, the builder's program manager, Dave, and warranty representative, Dawn, walked me through the home taking great notes on issues requiring attention. Approximately 30 days after closing, the warranty rep once again reached out to me to see if I had noticed anything needing repair. I had one spot at the top of the stairs where the floor squeaked. She had a team come out the following week to repair the subfloor installation to eliminate the squeaking noise. I had a wonderful experience with the sales office from the beginning to the end. All of my questions and phone calls were promptly responded to. Even after I moved in, the sales office checked with me to see if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend!

We were so thankful to have found Richmond American Homes in Idaho. After looking at different builders and resale homes, this home hit nearly every checkmark for us. The location is wonderful, the build has amazing touches and the quality is amazing. Our sales representative, Sharolynn, was extremely helpful in understanding the process and how Richmond American Homes are different from other builders. Seamless process from start to finish.As first time home buyers,We had a great experience with Richmond American Homes. We had a good deal with them. We love the house features its interior and exterior design layouts. Expansive open concept from kitchen to great room with center-meet sliding patio doors. Ample huge windows that allows natural light in and many more to mention. Richmond staffs provided quality service throughout this entire process.
