We bought a move in ready home and our experience was great. They fixed all the minor touch ups we asked for before closing and we had two walk throughs before we moved in. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and still continue to support us with any questions we have after we have moved in. Overall we had a great experience with our new home.

Everyone at Richmond America Homes whom we had the pleasure to work with has went the extra mile to ensure we received a high quality, well built, aesthetically pleasing home.

Esther made it so easy and fun during the entire purchase process. She also helped me out with any kind of assistance I asked for. All in all a memorable buying experience since it was my first home.

Dream home fantastic build quality

The team from walking in the model to get the keys was exceptional. We looked at many home builders and were blown away with how responsive the team was and how quick we were able to be in our home. By far the most thorough final walk through we have ever had. Explained everything had all paperwork for warranties etc ready for us.10 out of 10 recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of buying a home here at Richmond - Esperando. This was our first time buying a new build home, and Richmond made sure to take care of all of our needs, questions, concerns... anything we needed was done in a timely manner and they made sure the end result was exactly what we paid for and wanted. Everyone from the sales agent to our designer to our field super to management to our loan officer ... we we're always greeted with a friendly smile and great professionalism. My sales person was great

I saved up for a long time to buy my home. Initially, working with several lenders and my realtor, they helped me find a home within my budget. After finding two different homes with two separate builders, I decided to go with Richmond homes. My sales person, Jessica, helped with that decision when she told me about Richmond’s program involving their Warranty person scheduling a 30-day, 6-month and 1-year Walk Though the home to address items that fall within the Warranty Parameters; this led me to believe that Richmond cares about their buyers enough to follow up with them after such a large purchase. I, also, decided to go with Richmond’s lender, after discovering I qualified for their incentives. Those incentives helped to keep my monthly payments, and other payments and savings, within my budget.
