The initial process was a bit confusing, but as we moved forward, we understood the process and allowed it to run its course, and we are grateful and thankful that we did, because the home is everything my wife and I ever wanted in a home, and we are so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that it's crazy! Working with Richmond staff was a great experience. Even after I purchased my home, Laura, Josh, Joy, David and Caryn have kept and open door to assisting me with whatever I need. I really love my home and the locations. And the view of the mountains still blows my mind.

Buying the home in Roseville was great,from the beginning Brandon was Amazingly informative, and made the Buying experience easy and pleasant. Terin has been super helpful with the home buying process with Richmond! We came from the other side of the US and she was able to keep in contact with us to give us updates and would even go above and beyond to FaceTime and send pictures of videos to do the tours for us. And continues to check in even after we move to see how we are enjoying everything and if anything needs attention. Luke has been really helpful addressing any concerns we have and I feel like he truly cares for the people and making sure they are happy with their home.
