No follow up after purchasing, it take more than 2 -3 weeks for come back for defect claims response

We bought our first house together, and we went with Richmond American Homes because of the location and price. It was a way better experience than we thought it would be. Everyone we worked with was awesome, totally upfront and honest.

Love homes built with quality

Whitney, the salesperson, was great. She was very kind, especially during some delays by mortgage company. All issues have been addressed quickly and staff has been friendly and want to help. The quality of products used in the home is far higher than any other builders in the area. We love our RV garage and style of our home. Don't hesitate to buy a home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied customers and would buy from them again.

We had a very good experience buying with Richmond. Our sales team (Denise) and project manager (Augustine) were and are very responsive and provided what we needed along with fixes after move in date. Overall we are very happy with our new home.

great service and professionalism

We love our house and our experience in our purchase. My only complaints are we were told the back yard would come back twice through our walkthroughs, and it is horrible to this day . Also our ac is very loud even the neighbors have said something to us went through warranty they say nothing is wrong but clearly something is . I say this because all my neighbors are very quiet

Overall the experience was great. The quality is decent. DJ during the walkthrough was amazing!!!!

I’m a first time buyer and this has been a very tough market! Richmond American Homes made my buying process extremely smooth as well as hooked me up with an excellent rate giving me a decent monthly payment!

We love the look of our home minus some interior finish workmanship on the inside. I’m sure it’s not normal for Richmond but we were blessed with a poor quality trim person on our house (Wasn’t good with corner work). Seemed as if they hurried to much in the final phase and quality dropped in the last days of finishing. Issues w/ mail not being able to be delivered, Internet service still not available w/ the company servicing our new neighborhood and zip code discrepancies. Likely the worst home buying experience I have had which includes 13 purchases, four of which were new builds. I thought I was moving into a move-in ready home -as that is what was advertised - and it was so very far from that. The issues that I have experienced have been blown off as things that I should expect in buying a house, but I really don’t expect so many significant defects and poor workmanship.

Great experience very easy process

If you have to buy a Richmond home make sure to bring an independent company to do inspection for you. the homes are built with all cheap materials and in a mass production manner. If cheap materials are nicely put together i believe it would be a better experience. There were nails poking on the carpet and Joy & Brandon did not see anything wrong with that. Extremely over prized homes based the quality of home/house delivered. Worst exo\perience ever for me personally.

Purchased a ready to move in home. The process was easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Home has been great so far. Warranty fixes have been timely and few.

This is our seconds time we have bought with Richmond American homes. So far we love our home and any small issues that we found have Been delt with fast. I highly recommend these homes to anyone.

I would like other home buyers to know that agreeing on the price is a choice but not getting a response to an issue from the builder is breach Thank you for ignoring the review

House has issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Buying experience with house selling was horrible.

I would like other home buyers to know never to buy a Richmond American Home. If you are thinking of buying in the Pendleton community, don't! The project manager has every excuse for the poor work. Also, don't trust that they will come back in 30 days. Several of our neighbors never got a 30 day follow up.

Great experience we close on time

Overall a very good experience. Walk through team was amazing. Some areas of concern were not addressed and I was left the supplies to paint these areas myself however DJ is great and responds ASAP
