We came from the other side of the US and she was able to keep in contact with us to give us updates and would even go above and beyond to FaceTime and send pictures of videos to do the tours for us. And continues to check in even after we move to see how we are enjoying everything and if anything needs attention. The buying process was very easy and understandable for a first time home buyer as Richmond provided very good education. The 2 story house was built well and only had to have minor things done after the move in. Such as roof shingles needing to be replaced and window screens missing but all was fixed or put in by Richmond. We are very happy with the house so far.

We bought a move in ready home and our experience was great. They fixed all the minor touch ups we asked for before closing and we had two walk throughs before we moved in. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and still continue to support us with any questions we have after we have moved in. Overall we had a great experience with our new home.
