Good experience during the build

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Richmond American Homes and working with Roberta, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My sales person was great

I saved up for a long time to buy my home. Initially, working with several lenders and my realtor, they helped me find a home within my budget. After finding two different homes with two separate builders, I decided to go with Richmond homes. My sales person, Jessica, helped with that decision when she told me about Richmond’s program involving their Warranty person scheduling a 30-day, 6-month and 1-year Walk Though the home to address items that fall within the Warranty Parameters; this led me to believe that Richmond cares about their buyers enough to follow up with them after such a large purchase. I, also, decided to go with Richmond’s lender, after discovering I qualified for their incentives. Those incentives helped to keep my monthly payments, and other payments and savings, within my budget. The whole process was smooth and Denise really helped us through every step. Saul went above and beyond as well.

Our house is quality built I do wish some changes could be made especially the closet arms if could be made of wood not the brackets there using but other than that everything was handled quick In response the team was effective financing was a breeze and guided I highly recommend also high ceilings

This was my 3rd new build and easily my best experience. Team was responsive, attentive and very knowledgeable. Everything I wanted was done in a surprisingly short amount of time. Everything I’ve asked for even after closing was done without question. Larry and Edgar are amazing.

We bought our brand new home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied with quality of the home, clear communication and quick responses to questions and concerns. Sales was great, kept us informed along the way. Construction was also great, even explained the progress when we dropped by once in a while. Title was very efficient. But the Lender was a bit more difficult. At one point our income was not completely documented after we had provided all the asked for info several times. This almost caused us to fall out… last minute! After we had sold our previous home and moved to temporary housing. The processor finally got it all straightened out and we closed on schedule.

Yale our super was amazing, our warrenty rep James is awesome. Brenda our underwriter is great! Everything was awesome!

We love our new home, it was a great experience working with the sales team. They ensured we were updated along the way and we were able to watch our new home being built from the ground up. The quality of the home is excellent I would certainly recommend Richmond American to anyone looking for a new build.

Although we had a couple of slight hiccups during the process, once they were resolved, everything was smooth sailing, and we eventually moved into our new home and community!

We bought a very nice brand new house at a very good price. The Richmond Agent, Denise, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The persons who helped us with the final walking through also were very friendly and speaks Spanish! They answered all questions and helped us knowing better how everything works at our new home!
