Buying our Richmond American home was easy. The Sarah was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for us with its beautiful layout. Reasonably priced. Lovely neighborhood and all surroundings.

This was our first home purchase but not the first exposure to the home buying experience. A family member recently closed on a new construction from a different builder and it was a headache and total mess for them. We all know about the horror stories. Our expectations were low and we figured it’d be like pulling teeth to have any concerns addressed. This was not the case! We couldn’t be happier with our home. Jesse, Rex, and Chad at Desert Oasis II truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you gentlemen for our forever home. We will raise a family in our house and make lasting memories. This wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the care and attention from start to finish. I am a detailed oriented person and was floored by the quality of craftsmanship that Jesse and Rex turned out on our home. We have been so happy with our home! This is our second Richmond home. We have seen other builders but nobody has had the same workmanship of Richmond

They were very responsive and kind to deal with.

They were able to work with us and get everything ready a week early so we could close on our new home. That matched up with the closing on our old home. They were very helpful and worked extra hard to make poor transition as easy as possible.

I am enjoying my new Richmond American home

I have to say I was skeptical after we were in the process and I began looking up reviews, but I can say everything went smoothly. The house was a few months later than originally estimated. Our walks were thorough and everything that was marked was fixed. And a few minor things we’ve noticed since being here a few weeks have been promptly taken care of by our rep. All the trades workers have been polite and professional. Overall; I really have not complaints. We would buy another RA home.

Everyone we worked with at Richmond was kind, informative and very responsive. They went out of their way to make sure every detail of our new home was to our liking. Tom even found minor issues that we missed and took the initiative to correct them on his own. Our new home is beautiful and even the smallest of details were designed and built to be over the top impressive. The quality of our new home is superb and the entire experience from start to close was seamless, enjoyable and informative. We would gladly purchase another home from Richmond!

Location is perfect, the home appearance inside and outside. The strangest encounter. the Lapis my favorite color, it was very appealing. Thanks
