I am a realtor and have worked with many new builds for my clients. Some I have had issues and others I have not. With buying my own home from Richmond, I was happy to see how easy the process was and how great it was working with the lenders and sales agents. I also appreciate the quality of work that was taken in to building my home. I also loved the incentives being offered at the time of purchase. It definitely made it more affordable in the current market.

Everyone we worked with was up front and honest throughout the process. Everything happened quickly yet we did not feel rushed. Our new home is amazing, no issues and everything that was supposed to happen after we moved in happened when we were told it was going to happen.

Although unable to select features & finishes, we were able to move in rather quickly and had financing options available. Also, we were provided with home insurance options. The financing and insurance recommendations came in handy as we were moving from out of state and were unfamiliar with local providers. The on-site project manager, Edgar, is very knowledgeable and responsive.

We had a very easy process in buying our new home. Crystal was great to work with!! Kept us informed throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the whole experience.

I did not meet the builder. However the staff that showed us the home, collected our information and provided constant assistance was awesome. Whitney, Nicole and Steve (I think that's his name. He marked all the places where minor repairs were need before we occupied the residence.

We just moved in and noticed a couple of small issues we did not see during our walk through! As soon as I put my request in Richmond was on it!! Our community is still under construction and the Superintendent’s make sure that if their crews are being disruptive in any way, they put a stop to it! We love our home!!

Jarod was ahead of us at closing day helping us identify items needing corrected before closing day. He really went above and beyond to have the house ready for closing. In addition, days after was available for anything I needed.

We had a great experience with Richmond Homes and absolutely love our new house! The process was pretty smooth, and the quality of the home has really impressed us. Our only frustration was that there was no flexibility in selecting finishes, and we would have loved the option to add a backyard to the original scope. Overall, we’re really happy with our new home.

We spent nearly 8 months looking at houses to make into our retirement home. We talked with 5 major developers/builders/sales teams and looked at over 45 houses with our realtor. Our first experience with Richmond American homes was with Shirley. Her teammate, Patricia, was showing a home to another buyer at the time. Shirley took us around to multiple houses in Jackson Creek and took the time to discuss options/differences and opportunities with Richmond American Homes. We then returned for a meeting with Patricia and she went over the specifics of timing, deadlines, and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. We then continued looking at other houses, but continued to come back because of Patricia and Shirley. Patricia and Shirley have been heaven-sent. They are an amazing team, they are always willing to go out of their way to explain or assist. Shirley has even taken it upon herself to fix things on the spot after getting supplies out of her personal vehicle when we would flag her down as she drives by. Shirley has been very engaged with multiple contractors to fix specific problems and has coordinated with Brandon on multiple warranty repairs as well. Although we found many places that we liked, the engagements with Shirley and Patricia always brought us back to Richmond American, ultimately purchasing our new home. Finally, Patricia and Shirley continue to call and check up on us. They genuinely care and want to ensure we are happy with our new home. They make us feel like family and not just a transaction.
