We recently purchased a home from Richmond American Homes. The process went very smoothly from first contact with Anthony for home tours to closing. Anthony was(is) very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. Our home is everything we wanted it to be with the exception that it did not come with gutters and downspouts, which we have since had installed. Excellent. Very efficient and great customer service

First time buying a home from Richmond but I can honestly say it won’t be my last one. Great builder and they are really helpful with fixing any issues that come up.

We are now currently living in the community of Torrin and our buying experience went smoothly. We closed our escrow in less than 3 weeks. Wendy is one of the most accommodating and knowledgeable about the property and the community. Actually, I would say that we felt so welcome the first time that we visited to see the place. A great new neighborhood!

My wife and I worked with Shannon and purchasing our first home was full of great communication and an excellent price.
