We had an incredible experience buying our new home, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cori. From our very first phone call, she went above and beyond—FaceTiming us to tour lots since we were out of town, holding weekly calls to keep us updated on the build, and patiently answering every question we threw her way (even while she was on vacation!). Cori didn’t just feel like a sales associate—she felt like our advocate. Through the entire process, especially during closing, it genuinely felt like she was working for us, not just Richmond American Homes. Kevin, our builder, was just as impressive. He joined our weekly calls to provide construction updates and brought a level of detail and care that made a real difference. During both walk-throughs, he caught things we completely missed and made sure they were taken care of before we moved in. Overall experience was great. Holly at sales was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Dianna at financing was extremely helpful! I benefitted from her advices a lot during financing process. Zach (superintendent) was also very patient and thorough. So far (1 month through) haven't seen any issue yet. Value for price is reasonable but I wish you could handle the fencing like other builders. The cost could be included to the closing costs.

Agents were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly throughout our transaction. They responded quickly to all our concerns. The only problem for us in our new house is the height of the doors. Instead of the traditional 6 feet, they are 8 feet tall.
