I'm a retired flooring installer, purchased 8 homes ( 4 new) over 42 years. Quality between builders has closed to where it's hard to distinguish between them. Richmond in my opinion has always been the better choice. My house purchase was a track home of medium level upgrades, not fancy but not entry level. Pleased with quality, energy efficiency, and design. Price was better than most other builders in this area. Would choose them again.

The experience was good, knowing how hard it is to finalize on a house.

We had a beautiful experience with our realtor and the folks at Richmond… I love the fact that they're also different filters for the neighborhood. This creates a much less cookie cutter Neighbourhood look different designs of homes. Kirk

Overall the buying experience was good on our end. Communication was good throughout the process, the only issue we had was communication towards the end with one of the loan officers. Other than that issue, we had no problems with Richmond American during this process. Our walk through with DJ went as well as it could have and she’s already reached out to see if we needed anything since we moved in.

The buying process was super simple! The hardest part was deciding which floor plan I wanted. The sales team was exceptional and answered all of my questions. I’ve only been in the house about a month now, but everything is working perfectly. There were a few minor touchups that needed to be done, mainly dings in the walls and such. But nothing major. Most of the discrepancies have already been fixed. The foreman has been super helpful and just a real pleasure to do business with. Jessica was friendly knowledgable and honest which we appreciated. One thing I wish was that we had known there were no customizations available to be made when we saw the model homes. Overall I’d rate the experience a 5 star rating. Looking forward to what the community will grow into.

Loved the overall experience with Richmond they really care the most for the "home buying" process. Very much enjoyed seeing the home being build from ground up. Very clean and professional when doing our weekly walk through. Every little detail upon final walk through was addressed! Not one thing was skipped. We were very please and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everything from start to finish was a great experience! Everyone from Richmond homes was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, I would highly recommend doing business with them in the future.

David found a home that worked with my time frame, delivered on schedule. Josh was awesome during the walkthrough and follow-up. He was patient, informative, and thorough.

The best part of the entire process is how seamlessly it was. Special mention to Dale on sales, the way he manage the communication to my wife and kids made a difference, I was ready, but the rest of my family gave me the thumbs up after talking to Dale. The handover from sales to finance, then to the loan department, and everyone in between. This process, from Richmond, was focus on making sure I was informed of the next steps and feel comfortable at any point. Great Experience easy to work with we love our home

My home was move-in ready when I started the process and I absolutely love it. The community is friendly and lively. Our house was beautifully built and the team has been very responsive to my issues and concerns!

Our experience with Richmond home was outstanding. Customer service was on point took care of all our needs they took us through the whole process step-by-step, and are still in communication with us after our purchase helping us with whatever we need. Overall, our family is happy with everything.

We had a positive experience on the sales and builder side. Lauren and Mike were professional and responsive. The biggest challenge was working with the loan officer. Lauren went above and beyond answering all of our questions and collaborating well with our realtor. Mike, the superintendent, was awesome. I can tell he takes pride in his work and he is personable. After closing he attended to the little things that needed attention. We feel like we got a great deal on this house and love the fact that the basement is finished.

Overall, I am satisfied, but there are still some repair jobs pending or with no response yet. I need these fixed or replaced before moving.

This overall experience has been great. The people that work for Richmond homes are outstanding. My experience with Beth was just great. She even remembers my mom and me from months ago looking at houses. They have been very flexible for everything. Even after purchasing the home, Dorian was great to do the 30 day walk through in which he took every concern with care that needed to be fixed. Thank you Richmond for welcoming me to Vegas that I can now call my forever home!
