So far so good.

Agents were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly throughout our transaction. They responded quickly to all our concerns. The only problem for us in our new house is the height of the doors. Instead of the traditional 6 feet, they are 8 feet tall.

A very easy and helpful process.

Great group of people to work with. All very professional and courteous. People I would be friends with for life and invite to my home for BBQ and family events. My wife and I felt comfortable and important. Gail has been a blessing and on top of all repairs and follow-ups. Loan process was challenging but Chris made us feel appreciated through the process. Overall you guys were a blessing in our process. Rose was also a blessing and showed us many options before we made our final decision. Thank you all Richmond Homes for your most excellent staff. Again I MUST point out Albert how did our walk through and assisted us in getting moved in. Albert is a true professional and an asset to the company. The only negative I have is with the mortgage insurance company. They had NO idea what they were doing. I had to make repeated phone calls to them to get the policy straightened. I would recommend your company find a more professional insurance company.

Our community sales representative Mary was amazing, but our recommend lender was a complete nightmare, if it wasn’t for me being a person that stands on business and did not want to lose a great deal, I would have gone with another lender or just gone somewhere else.

Amazing employees like Bridgette and Chris made our home buying experience very pleasant. They are very friendly and helpful. They quickly responded to all of our questions and requests/concerns. Mortgage approval and closing went very well and fast.

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with German. From the initial process to the walk-through, the entire process was smooth, transparent and well-managed. I believe the quality of materials is great; however, I can't say the same thing about workmanship. A lot of the tagged items were fixed before closing but a few weeks into moving in, I am noticing quite a few items that still need to be fixed. I haven't started the reporting process for these issues but I'm looking forward to a great experience just like how it was from the beginning of the home buying process.

First of all the staff assisting the buying experience were great except for the lady who replaced Melisa (Melisa was awesome). Even the small hiccups were addressed except the north backyard wall that at the top you can walk easily into our neighbors yard and they can with ours. We are hoping that they fix this with just a couple of blocks.

That the builder gave a good warranty on their products.

Get my grass done this is supposed to be done before I moved in and nothing everytime I call the h.o.a about my home improvements I need to do can't get in contact this is a new development and still building and we can't things done and have to pay 25 dollars when we do don't get us wrong we love our home but the response is crazy

Great experience, very responsive to requests

The purchasing process was AMAZING! However some of the appliances were or are still defective or damaged! Some of the shrubs are dead and have not been replaced the Patio door only works on one side and will not lock! There are some cosmetic issues as well! The concrete is still red from the mud in the area. I was promised it would be cleaned however the homes around me that have not sold have all had their concrete pressure washed and they passed right by me! Have a defective window and was told a new one was ordered before we moved it! Still has not been replaced! I am pretty easy going but getting very frustrated with the lack of response to the issues! ... More

The home has premium finishes and is a good value, especially using the builder's mortgage subsidiary. The buying process was pretty smooth, but very rushed with timeline and the time you have for walk-throughs. You also cannot go with a home inspector to the home and the inspector must be approved by the builder. You are pressured into using subsidiaries for financing and insurance. While there is some misleading marketing pressure, those companies are not responsive. The punchout list was completed, but some finishing touches could have used more care. We also were missing a screendoor and the brackets for a pre-installed TV mount. We've been told the screendoor will be installed when they're back in the community, but the phone number provided to install the TV does not work and the company we were told to use has not responded when we tried a number we found on their website. Overall, we are very happy with the value and love our new home and community. Just expect some minor bumps along the way and a rushed closing process. ... More

It was pleasure working with everyone at Richmond American Homes. Everyone was helpful, communication was easy and we did not feel pressured like we did at other new developments. Julio was outstanding! He was patient, informative, checked in with us regularly and provided guidance along the way. We immediately made a decision because of the way we were treated and the professionalism of those we worked with.

I absolutely love my new Richmond American home. Moises in the sales office was a honest, sincere, trustworthy person to work with and help me get through the selection and purchasing process. The home is beautifully made with a feeling of luxury that I am thoroughly enjoying!

We loved working with Holly! She was truly amazing and very transparent throughout the whole process. Once we were building our weekly updates with Tony began and he was always very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Once we were in the finishing stages Zack took over our weekly updates and did our walkthrough with us and also made sure things were being done properly. The team we had were great and we were very happy with our home.

Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.
