The process wasn’t difficult, overall great experience working with Amber.

We’re having a few cosmetic issues on our new home as expected and Chris is very responsive and has worked around my family’s busy schedule to complete most of the repairs. If it wasn’t for Chris the score would be very different. Chris is the super glue keeping it together for Richmond.

Everything happened from beginning g to end....nothing bad to say about Richmon Homes.

The floorplans offered by Richmond American caught our attention as “empty nesters.” we wanted large gathering areas in the home for hosting groups. We are very pleased with the quality! Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. When there were issues they were there to assist. Their communication skills and knowledge are invaluable for anyone under their care that is buying a Richmond American home. Richmond has been responsive to our questions and or concerns. Sales rep Aaliyah was great and responded to our questions in a timely manner and had extensive knowledge of the product. After closing with Matt who provided an extensive tour of our new home and his knowledge and experience was a great help to us. Richmond has been responsive in following up with small repairs after closing. Definately would purchase with them again.

Richmond American delivers quality construction and impressive floor plans at very competitive prices. Some of the usual problems with quality of workmanship that are easily corrected with applied attention to detail. Staff is responsive and easy to work with. Very happy with all aspects of my purchase.

The sales rep, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with! She answered our questions and messages at all times of the day. She went out of her way to assist us in this purchase. The site superintendent, Arnold, and his assistant were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure things were corrected after the initial walk-through. Very much appreciated the on-site team for this development.

Buying the home was made easy by PJ the sales agent. So far have been upgrading the house before actual moving in. All issues so far have been taken care of in a timely fashion.

We purchased a new build from Richmond American and were hesitant about the "new build nightmare" you hear so much about. But, so far, we have no regrets about purchasing this home. When we did have an issue, we were able to get the help we needed, and the issue was resolved on a holiday within a few hours.

My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! The sales rep was very open and honest. She let us know all the incentives. The loan officer was super helpful in addressing our financial needs. The loan processor was responsive and knowledgeable. The home service specialist was responsive and thorough. The overall homebuying experience with Richmond American Homes was excellent. It took only 17 days from the time I toured the house until closing escrow!

The sales and build team were amazing here in Jurupa Valley! Lawrence was attentive and consistent with communications from the very first meeting and walkthrough. Gus did a great job with my walkthroughs and explained everything with my new house. Gustavo has been a lifesaver from the day I got my keys to now, answering questions about the home and advice about maintenance. Gustavo even brought over a plant to place in our front yard. I'm so glad to be calling this my new home.
