Great group of people to work with. All very professional and courteous. People I would be friends with for life and invite to my home for BBQ and family events. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with German. From the initial process to the walk-through, the entire process was smooth, transparent and well-managed. I believe the quality of materials is great; however, I can't say the same thing about workmanship. A lot of the tagged items were fixed before closing but a few weeks into moving in, I am noticing quite a few items that still need to be fixed. I haven't started the reporting process for these issues but I'm looking forward to a great experience just like how it was from the beginning of the home buying process.

I absolutely love my new Richmond American home. Moises in the sales office was a honest, sincere, trustworthy person to work with and help me get through the selection and purchasing process. The home is beautifully made with a feeling of luxury that I am thoroughly enjoying!

Buying a new build was way less stressful than buying a resale home. And Richmond American covered all their bases in the home buying process. They took the guess work out of everything and guided us throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier.

We have been very pleased with our new home, the Paige model. I have had a lot of experience with Richmond before with friends who have bought homes with them and they’ve all had great experiences, but this is the first time I’ve purchased a home with Richmond. They live up to the reputation and they are very responsive and helpful when it comes to new home issues. Warranties are taken care of right away, and the site supervisor has been awesome. Also, our sales rep was amazing as well. The overall experience has been fantastic!

Buying this home was a breeze. Every team member that had a part in my purchase made it simple. I was informed along the way what to expect and when to expect it. There were no delays once the purchase agreement was made. The walk through and closing was quick. It did take some time to complete some of the issues from the walk through but there is only1 item from the list to be completed.

Very satisfied with the Richmond Homes build quality, materials, appliances, design, lot size etc. Had a very bad experience with the Sales Rep David and loan officer Darrel though. Apart from that, the builders and warranty departments are good.

Everyone was so helpful, from the sales team to the loan officers. Always had time to answer all our questions. They always answered on time and helped us if anything was needed. The walk through of the home was easy and smooth. Home care specialist always responds he is very nice. He took care of submitting any minor problems we found in the home, that needed fixing.

Richmond does a very good job of keeping you informed during the build and has been very responsive to questions after the move in. We highly recommend everyone take the time to look seriously at what Richmond offers in Buckeye.
