They had a home that fit me wonderfully and were knowledgeable about the building and buying process. They helped me every step of the way. And, when I found little problems here or there weeks/months after purchase, the superintendent, Mick, was still willing to come over to fix them. They've been great!

Upstair sub floor squeaks, wall fixtures not square with floor or wall, plaster on carpet, paint on flooring, sliding door screen won’t stay on track, front door frame screws visible, some aspects not fully explained, garbage disposal switch inside de cabinet under sink, cheap appliances, garage GFI keeps tripping, stick ventilation not explained fully…etc

Mike is an outstanding sales agent. He worked very closely with us as we went through the process of buying our home. I would work with him anytime.

My fiancee and I found a Hemmingway model that was already built and immediately fell in love with the floor plan although we didn't fall in love with the already built house in a different development. Then we got lucky to find the floor plan of our dream home for a brand new one! Beverly made the buying experience positive and great! She answered all of our questions along the way as well as after the purchase and she was still there for anything we needed and even responded on her days off before and after the sale. Our construction managers Nicole and Emily answered all of our technical questions along the way and like Beverly, they took care of us before and after the sale. Rae and Ryan in the warranty department took care of any issues we've been having with the home so far and have done an excellent job! Everyone we worked with in Richmond American was very responsive and professional. They made our home purchase really easy.

Chris was attentive and fixed the items we needed done before we moved in.

Sale was smooth and accommodating. Good value for the dollar. Appearance and design are attractive. Inspections were on time and through. Follow up was punctual. The only major ongoing issue was silt in the water supply that created appliance operation problems that could have perhaps been cleared up much earlier in the installation with careful, timely flushing of the water supply before installation of appliances. Yard and rear ditch drainage issues (erosion) are an ongoing problem. These have been attended to but not remediated.

It is a pleasure working with the sales representative and the construction superintendent! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive! We love our beautiful home for sure!

Recently bought in the Lathrop area and everyone on the RA team was great! My sales rep, Esther, was extremely helpful and responsive which put my mind at ease since I bought from out of the area. Always kept me updated through the building process. You won’t be disappointed!

Very happy with our entire experience.

Location is nice to new comer. All the things you want in a brand new house, the designer already put in it. The size of house fits into the lot size perfectly. Buy a brand new house is lots better than the old ones. Don't worry every thing is covered under the warranty. Interior colors are well chosen. After closing service is looked after very very good by the Richmond American homes workers as Jon, Angel and Raul. They are proud of their job so as me happy to deal with them. Eager to see your guys in August.

I was happy with the communication with the sales office and getting all of my questions addressed. I believe that we got the best deal in our area with this home. Our home was already configured when we purchased and we are happy with the selection of materials and options in the home.

Many issues encountered and some sloppy workmanship, however the construction supervisor and warranty person were very helpful. The salesman was excellent.
