If you want a home with an RV garage, Richmond American is the only builder that has a garage large enough to accommodate a 30+ foot rig. Love it!

We had a fantastic experience working with Richmond to purchase our home. Our sales representative Kaitlin and our building superintendents Dan and Eric all did a tremendous job answering questions and guiding us along the way. Richmond has been very responsive as we have found the odds and ends that need a touch up, just as any new home requires. The craftmanship is what we expected and the finishes have been outstanding with perhaps the exception of the carpet which could use a thicker pad. Right from the start of wanting the house, putting down the retaining fee and given the close date, everything went as expected and in a timely order. Happy with the team and would do it all over again.

I spent a month and a half looking at homes all over the Salt Lake Valley, and it was a miserable experience. Just as I was about to give up the search I found my new home. Everyone I worked with was so friendly and helpful. I loved the entire experience. Would defienetly go with Richmond Homes again, but I don't think I'll ever want to part with the home we just got. I loved getting the weekly updates with pictures showing what was completed each week throughout the building process.

The process was great. The only issues I had was electrical issues, and was not very happy that my heater during extremely cold mornings was out for two days. But Manuel communication was great and extremely sympathetic and helpful. Lupe also was awesome when I had questions regarding the house. The issues were resolved and have not had any since then.

The overall experience is very nice. Our sales agent is great, very responsive even out of working hours! Our superintendent is also great, taking care of any issue at the first moment.

We love our home. Our Superintendent Saul was very accommodating and always available. Any major or minor issues we had were resolved with Saul’s empathy and timely response. We always felt like he was our greatest advocate and wanted what was best for us and our new home.

I am happy to go with Richmond American home. Everything went well from the first start until I got the house. They took care really good of customer.

This is my first home, it is a dream for me! Since I didn’t have experience I needed a group of people to trust, to show me what I need to learn! The Richmond was so great doing that, special Harry that was there with me in all details, from loan to the design of my house! I always had questions answered, also when I came to visit the property, they patiently explained to me all the details of the construction. I really like my house and I’m so thankful!

We had an extremely smooth process from day one up until/beyond our move in date. Very happy!

Home is great for seniors. All on one floor. In a growing community. It’s away from heavy traffic but close to shopping. When fully built out it will have that small town feel and yet have access to all that a city has to offer. Everything is new and shiny.

Anastasia was fantastic in the sales process, made it very easy and smooth! The Richmond finance side were also great, very responsive and we got an incredible interest rate!

Very nice and friendly staff including sales and on-site construction crew. Walkthrough was good and answered all of the questions.

Everything was completed as per the timeline presented. Any issues that popped up Brandee hopped right into and assured it would be taken care of.
