My experience with Richland was so positive! On sales perspective Rachel provides all support to allow us to buy our first home in US! Since the first contact with us until get the keys, Raychel was so supportive. She also was available 7 days a week any time to clarify or help with anything that my Family may needed. On the construction side Kevin was like Rachel where he gave to us all support that we request! Every sing week Kevin and Raychel called me to explain about the construction time phase given all details about it. Jessica was incredibly helpful throughout our entire new build purchase. Our overall experience was great. The property agent,Stephanie, was amazing to work with. She was always there with answers whenever I had questions and willing to help anyway she could. And when we had issues with the house itself Rich was right there to make sure the issue was fixed and to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The whole process was great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

Amy was so helpful and responsive during the whole process the whole lending team as well and we are very happy with the purchase of our new home.

Scott was a pleasure to work with as his team worked to complete our home. He was responsive to our questions and attentive to our concerns. We walked into a beautiful place that we will call home for decades to come.

Great experience overall some minor things to be fixed and they responded in time.

Our process started in June and we made multiple trips from Iowa before we made a decision in September. Scott was available for us whenever we had questions and helped make our move to Colorado happen.

Maceo has been great with follow through and communication. He has been 5 stars. Our only negative is when a trade or contractors lack has said they would be there they have dropped the ball and not followed through on a couple of occasions. I think the general foreman should have more of a say in what contractors are used. In the long run this can effect or put a negative image on the company.

It was great, and hope the other home buyers feel the same.

We had great experience from the step in the office to closing the deal for our beautiful house. Austin was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and Very friendly. He answered any and all questions I asked. He made himself available and always returned calls or texts. He kept me up to date once a week during the building process and even sent pictures. I would highly recommend him to my friends or family looking for a new home. He is an asset to this company for sure.

The purchasing experience was really easy, and the team helped me through the entire process. Any issues I had where taken care of promptly. Overall a good experience.

Bought my house at Cascadia Ridge in Estacada, Oregon. Liz and Nikki were always willing to show me around. I kept coming back to see the same house and they kept showing me the same house until I finally bought the house. I worked with Liz and she was always available to answer any questions I had. Prior to closing they fixed everything that was requested from my private home inspection report! After I bought the house Cheri, warranty coordinator was very helpful. She called me after 30 days to see if everything was going okay and went above and beyond to help me register my products (heat pump, furnace etc). I am very pleased. ... More

I bought my home and it could not have been a more amazing experience, Especially the people in the front office who helped me immensely especially Megan. I had to sell my previous home and they worked so hard around my schedule to get me into my new richmond home. I absolutely love. As always with anything there is a problem here or there, but the promptness to solve my issue was amazing and gave me a good feeling about the company as a whole. Thank you for helping me get into my dream neighborhood. :-)

Overall the buying experience was good. Never easy dealing with lenders. Richmond staff were great and the warranty group is doing better then expected based off the last new construction home I bought. John of the warranty staff is a great asset for Richmond. Items to get corrected after move in is not surprising. When you mass produce hones QA is harder to do and things will need to be adjusted/corrected. But John makes it all happen without any problems. Overall we are happy with our new home.
