Home is great for seniors. All on one floor. In a growing community. It’s away from heavy traffic but close to shopping. When fully built out it will have that small town feel and yet have access to all that a city has to offer. Everything is new and shiny.

Anastasia was fantastic in the sales process, made it very easy and smooth! The Richmond finance side were also great, very responsive and we got an incredible interest rate!

I love my home. I’m grateful everyday the entire team played a role in me obtaining the American dream. There were some small hiccups, however the were addressed and handled with urgency and respect for us. I have told several friends about this builders product. Respectfully

Moving from CA to AZ was not an easy decision, very Nice Sales person Janna made little bit easier, got a beautiful house in Nice location. everything was smooth, little bit of missing quality issues like water leak, but they fixed it very fast in few mins after calling.. warranty person Melissa also very nice and quick response. Overall we are very happy with house Richmond American built. may be just one request, allow one or two customer request also along with their pre selected designer items, please also consider design phase functional aspect example not having single drawer under bath sink. House is about 95% perfect. There are always going to be the little things you find that need fixing. I think some of those things should have been found prior to us finding them, but none the less, the builder was quick to accept and address those issues. (minor things by the way). Hopefully the rest of the short list is addressed as quickly as the first few items have been.

Overall a very good experience. Walk through team was amazing. Some areas of concern were not addressed and I was left the supplies to paint these areas myself however DJ is great and responds ASAP

The purchase process for this home was easy and seamless. We worked with an excellent sales associate who answered questions and was so supportive during the time we worked with him. The construction manager was also good to work with in helping get the house ready to move into. There was a short timeline between purchase and closing and he go everything that needed to be fixed or completed done in that time. He was very responsive to our questions and Pros: The house is quiet and solid. We are happy with the home and are glad we chose Richmond to work with. Cons: the quality of the house painting inside and out is a little disappointing. We will have to do some repainting both inside and out on trim and doors. It is not a big issue. The responsiveness of the after sale personnel is not as good as with the earlier team. Fortunately there have been only a few minor issues to be dealt with to date. Great experience from staff through the process.

Very nice and friendly staff including sales and on-site construction crew. Walkthrough was good and answered all of the questions.

Everything was completed as per the timeline presented. Any issues that popped up Brandee hopped right into and assured it would be taken care of.

Both of the sales associates were a pleasure to work with; very attentive, knowledgable snd accessible. All questions/concerns were answered and Shandara was proactive in her communication. Even the builders were available for questions and were very pleasant. These homes are great quality and we love everything about them. Can’t wait to make memories here!

Great floor plan. We did not pick the extra's but good choices were made on most items.

We just closed on our home in Feb. 25, and it really was a better process than expected. The house is very nice and we’re really happy with it, but it’s still just a spec home. Nothing really great about it, but it is a nice home. I would buy from Richmond all over again, but just for the staff that we worked with. Ricardo & the sales staff were so helpful and accommodating even after the closing. Reon and the construction staff did an amazing job and kept on contractors for the few repairs there were. It’s almost been a month since we closed and I count these people as friends. I can still call if I need something and they are very helpful, not just trying to sell a house and brush you out after. ... More

Sylvia was very helpful and professional; Along with my agent, I was shown multiple options, all my questions were answered, and the final purchase process was friendly and straightforward; I was buying from out of state and have not yet moved in full time, but Richmond American helped my agent make this intimidating process very pleasant.

Jaelle has been and continues to be very helpful through the buying process of home.shr showed us a couple of models . It was a move in quick home. We loved the home and for the price we felt very happy that we were given a good deal. We quickly put down payment and within two weeks we owned and closed house. She also helped by opening home to workers or packages I had sent to house. She is very trustworthy. I continue to ask questions after moving in and all the girls in office and dj got home warranty have been so helpful and made buying and taking care of house worry free. My experience with Richland was so positive! On sales perspective Rachel provides all support to allow us to buy our first home in US! Since the first contact with us until get the keys, Raychel was so supportive. She also was available 7 days a week any time to clarify or help with anything that my Family may needed. On the construction side Kevin was like Rachel where he gave to us all support that we request! Our overall experience was great. The property agent,Stephanie, was amazing to work with. She was always there with answers whenever I had questions and willing to help anyway she could. And when we had issues with the house itself Rich was right there to make sure the issue was fixed and to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The whole process was great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
