He has been very responsive to any concern or request we’ve had. We appreciate all the support and would definitely recommend Richmond American homes to our friends.

Suri and James were very helpful. Suri, the sales consultant, went above and beyond with support. He was so reassuring. If he didn’t have the answer he found someone who did. I really appreciated him. I love the home and layout. I would have liked a little more attention to detail with the workmanship in some areas. James was great with having my concerns addressed. Overall very happy.

The overall communication from start of sale to finish with my Sales Rep Maggie went very well and all staff were very courteous, cooperative and helpful. The onsite construction supervisor Lupe was very informative. I appreciate the team effort for making my home buying experience easy.

Overall, I would say I’m pretty pleased with Richmond American. We love our house and our neighborhood. Our sales associate was upfront and communicated well with us. I wish I didn’t have to use their lender, but that was the deal that we had to make to get a great rate. The initial and final walk-through of our house were excellent and everything was fixed and addressed. A few minor issues after that a call to the warranty hotline and they responded quickly. From the start we have had an overall positive experience with Richmond American homes. Maggie the sales rep was very friendly and responsive as have the warranty reps, Ruben and Joshua. We love our new home and the lot size is great!

We love our new home. Just a couple of things we didn’t like but not enough to sway us or consider negative. Very responsive to issues in the first 30 days . Overall great experience.

There were a lot of little things that needed addressed from our home inspection and walkthrough. The superintendent was super attentive to the issues that we experienced. The most concerning was the potential for shingle damage by wind. It was supposedly addressed but after Milton it looks like the area that they fixed had damage. Riding around the whole community, we saw no other homes with shingle damage so we are concerned of the quality of the roofers fixes that the home inspection brought out.

The buying experience was great working with Richmond. I do wish for the price you are paying that Richmond could at least finish the fences in-between homes instead of leaving that on the homeowners to work out with new neighbors who have not moved in yet.

Angie out Richmond hopes rep was so knowledgeable and patient with us through the entire home buying process. We were expecting our second child days before going under contract so we were on a tight time frame. Angie made our home buying experience possible and was fantastic to work with Genny and Luke has been a great resource and were fantastic through the process as well. The staff we worked with was the reason we decided to buy from Richmond and have referred others to as well.
