My wife and I were on a time crunch due to abroad traveling and Ashley helped us out to close on the house we wanted. The home is great and we're very glad to be part of Lynwood Station.

We found the home through our own realtor. The process with the sales rep almost made us walk away from the home we selected. The lack of transparency between the Sales rep and her staff was very disappointing. Fortunately we did not allow one persons lack of professionalism stop us from our choice. We utilized our own lender and closed on the date we chose. We had minimal issues with getting interior issues resolved prior to moving in. We had our own home inspection done_ that is a must do with these new home builds. The exterior issue with the grass almost impeded with the closing date- however communication with the New Home Engineer directly got our issues resolved the day before closing. Closing was on 2/27/26. We moved in after having the interior painted on April 2, 2026. So far the only issue in our 5 br/3.5 Ba home has been the toilet in the 1st floor guest room Bathroom. The HOA has been quick to approve our online Project Request. We hope to enjoy many years here in our New Richmond Home. The only concern will be the sales team_ between what they say and do before you sign the contract. After you sign the contract you are just a number on a board. Recommend the company focus on that issue with their Sales Team and invest in some Interpersonal Communication skills training. ... More

Our experience with Holt Homes/Richmond American has been excellent! Peter went above and beyond to help us with any small issues we encountered upon move-in, and helping us understand the features of our new home. Carolina was very helpful and informative in helping us choose which floorplan was most suitable for our needs!

Great value for the price I paid, construction quality is top-notch. Everyone i’ve talked to in my neighborhood feels similarly.

We started our home search 2 months ago, looking at new and existing homes. No home was quite what we were looking for…a little more space than our current two bedroom condo, a backyard of our own, space to enjoy with family and friends…our realtor suggested we look at Archer Park at Mountains Edge. We found exactly what we were looking for! A Home set up just the way we wanted, nice appliances and quality construction… Although the price was more than we had planned… Special financing available through Richmond American allowed us to stay within budget, and the builder split closing costs with us. I really enjoyed my home buying experience. I love my house and everyone I worked with was great!

Overall, my experience buying a new home with Richmond was positive. The best part was definitely the sales team, they were very helpful and supportive. There were some issues along the way, but we were able to work through them and reach satisfactory solutions. However, the only thing I haven’t loved is the response and handling of warranty requests or issues after moving in, which could definitely be improved. That said, I’m happy with my new home and appreciate the support during the buying process.

Jim made the buying process very easy and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Alex was very thorough during the walk through and resolved any concerns. The house is beautiful and well made.

We had a contingency purchase. It was amazing how smooth the process went on the Richmond American side of things. It wasn't the same for our old home. They had a lot of setbacks but finally closed. It definitely made me appreciate my Richmond American team. Holly, Rebecca and Margaret. They were outstanding!!!

The sales staff and construction team both really knew how to guide me through buying my first house and made the process of buying my first home feel very comfortable.

It was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and professional.

If possible schedule several showings of different models to ensure you have a good feel of layout. It is crucial to know how a house will be situated and how high the crawl space will be on a lot where a home is not yet built. There were some mishaps about ordering laundry machines from the design center that actually did not fit the space, but all were very accommodating about figuring out how remove the appliances and refund those monies. Everyone has been friendly and responsive, but during my purchase and build, there seemed to be some short staffing and communication breakdowns internally that made my appointments feel rushed. ... From our first viewing of the model homes with Kris to the after move in service with Will Holt Homes has been great to work with. This will be my 7th home purchase and the best yet. During our shopping for a new home we were asking each of the builders for detailed information about the models and plots. Kris was super responsive and gave us detailed information which helped us to pick our new Holt Home. We were out of state buyers so this level of support was greatly appreciated. After we were in contract Will worked to resolve any little issues that we found during the walkthrough. He also showed up after close to help with a number of small adjustments like resolving some drainage issues with new river rock and drain. Lorant also came to resolve an issue with the refrigerator that wouldn't quite fit. The welcome gift from the sales office was a nice touch, I'm drinking my coffee from the mug right now. Also Will came by after we moved in with more gifts, a welcome door mat and cleaning supplies for our new house. Excellent service all the way around. ... More

It was very easy with going through everything. The inspector was very thorough and quick to respond to any maintenance issues after closing.

From the sales office to the superintendent, everybody was kind and helpful. Buying my new home was a key move in my life at this time allowing me to support family during my granddaughters extensive stay at Seattle Children's Hospital. So thank you Richmond American Team for helping me make that happen.

I honestly regret buying a home from this builder. This is my second home, and my first one—built in 2010—never had these kinds of issues. The whole reason I chose a new build was to avoid exactly this kind of stress, and instead, I’m dealing with even more problems. Within the first week, we already had a leak in the ceiling, and I had to take days off work just to deal with it. That is completely unacceptable for a brand-new home. My Ring doorbell has not worked since day one, and it still hasn’t been properly resolved. The paint quality is extremely poor—you can’t even wipe the walls without the paint coming off onto the rag. There are also clear workmanship issues throughout the home, including damaged baseboards, uneven wall textures, and patchy, mismatched paint. You can visibly see where things were rushed and cheaply done just to get the house finished and sold. It honestly feels like this builder prioritizes speed over quality, and homeowners are left dealing with the consequences. What makes this even more frustrating is the time and stress this has caused. No one should have to take time off work and deal with repairs immediately after moving into a “new” home. I expected a smooth experience and solid craftsmanship. Instead, I feel let down and disappointed. At this point, I truly hope the builder steps up and makes this right—not just with repairs, but by properly acknowledging the inconvenience and disruption caused. Situations like this deserve real customer care. I strongly recommend anyone considering this builder to inspect everything very carefully before closing. ... More
