Get my grass done this is supposed to be done before I moved in and nothing everytime I call the h.o.a about my home improvements I need to do can't get in contact this is a new development and still building and we can't things done and have to pay 25 dollars when we do don't get us wrong we love our home but the response is crazy

Great experience purchasing but poor craftsmanship

The home buying experience itself was great. Lois was a blessing to work with and the process for me and my wife was as easy as can be. The craftsmanship of the home is where I have the issue. Multiple things built poorly and we are currently awaiting our 30 day inspection so that we can get these critical items fixed and have yet to hear from them on when this inspection will take place. Stairs and floors built poorly, drywall is patchy, windows aren’t sealed and the list goes on. I’m just hoping that they correct their poor craftsmanship at this point so that we can enjoy our home.

Sale consultant and home gallery rep were amazing we loved working with them. Workmanship and quality ifbthe home are sub par we have been at our home for a month we don't expect perfection but there were many issues that were rushed and overloked like dishwasher water was not plugged in. Also we have a leaky shower faucet we hope that issue is resolved we believe are doors were not painted just primed they are very rough. Drywall has many small dents that we did not notice while doing the walk through dimmer lights flicker even in bathroom. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Viewing the home was a good experience before we closed but when it came time to do the walk throughs and reporting issues there is no urgency or even fixing all the issues in a timely manner even after filling out a request on the portal.

I’ve lived here 6 weeks: The garage door remotes do not work to open the doors, I tripped a breaker using the garbage disposal. The AC does not cool my room. Plants and trees are dying in front yard that was on drip system, I have not received the screen door for my bedrooms slider glass door( it’s very stuffy in my room without AC and no screen on the door. The refrigerator I replaced, and the dishwasher due to inability to work properly. I am begging for help since I live by myself. I wish I could give a 5 star across the board but I can not. The quality of workmanship was not as expected. This is my 3rd new home purchase and I was disappointed for the amount of money invested the issues I have seen with the house like the upgraded cabinets poorly installed. The doors poorly finished. The house windows and parts of the flooring with paint spots and not cleaned when keys were delivered. I have previously bought under a different builder and any issues with the property was addressed timely but this builder Richmond American do not address any issues at all. I am missing items that was promised and I cannot get them to respond timely.

My realtor and the sales lady Samantha was great. However, the builder was never at any of my walk through. He was not aware of all the issues that I was told would be fixed. The house was just built and the foundation in the garage is cracked up everywhere. They tried to say it’s settlement without looking at it. How would a new house be settling before I moved in? It seems that they rush to finish building the house. Hot water is lukewarm, garage is unpainted, no hand towel racks.

Great Sales Team - Horrible Everything Else

So many errors in the home. So little communication when issues were brought up. We are over a month into our new build and the amount of issues are out of control. What is even worse is that we cannot get anyone to fix anything. I have been without a dishwasher the entire time. Items from the carry over list have not been attended to.

Probably the worst experience dealing with them to call back or follow up on items that need repairing. Would never buy a house from them. I moved in 3 months ago never got my repairs done from the first initial walk through. They said they where going to do a 30 follow I called them after 2 1/2 months. They came out and looked at the items from the first walk through and crickets again. Still waiting sucks when you spend 1/2 of million on a house and customer service sucks.

Repairing is very slow responding back is very slow I have things that are still not fixed from the day one that I moved in very dissatisfied. If I could put a zero instead of one star on response to issues I would very unhappy with things not getting completed just the Highlight one had to slide her door issue it took them coming out four times to complete the issue but did not complete the issue they ended up making another issue with poking holes in my screens put in a work order several and still not done I have been there since December very dissatisfied

I'm very happy with the house. Good quality. However, I had a problem with the solar purchase. I was a cash buyer so closing escrow is fast if the house was ready. I was told that I couldn't purchase solar because I had less than 60 days to closing of escrow. I was forced to lease the solar. I've bought 12 brand new homes already and no other builder had this clause. I bought a house and closed escrow in 10 days and was still able to purchase solar. This is a ridiculous clause to have to force a buyer to lease solar when it's possible to purchase. Thus my experience with the agent ...

Caleb and Anthony are the rockstar in our home buying experience. They were professional, pleasant to work with and answers all our questions. They both gave us timely updates regarding our house and made sure we are satisfied. Chris from the lender however sent me a “formality” mortgage rate lock in form to sign which made me think I had a lower interest rate of 6.5%. My credit was checked before this form was sent and was within the 60 days I was allowed to lock in. The process up until our walkthrough was more difficult and disorganized than it needed to be. With that said, Dave, the superintendent for Sky Village, has been amazing, and he is the sole reason that I have given the 5 stars above.
