I bought my home and it could not have been a more amazing experience, Especially the people in the front office who helped me immensely especially Megan. I had to sell my previous home and they worked so hard around my schedule to get me into my new richmond home. I absolutely love. As always with anything there is a problem here or there, but the promptness to solve my issue was amazing and gave me a good feeling about the company as a whole. Thank you for helping me get into my dream neighborhood. :-)

Excellent home, loving it everyday!

Overall the buying experience was good. Never easy dealing with lenders. Richmond staff were great and the warranty group is doing better then expected based off the last new construction home I bought. John of the warranty staff is a great asset for Richmond. Items to get corrected after move in is not surprising. When you mass produce hones QA is harder to do and things will need to be adjusted/corrected. But John makes it all happen without any problems. Overall we are happy with our new home.

Good customer services and response time

I purchased a Coral model from Richmond American homes. Megan -Sales team was amazing! She was so helpful and made my home buying experience easy. I am happy with my new home. I love the layout, the quality of the home, and the neighborhood. I would recommend RAH to others.

We love our new home and are very happy with our purchase. The only snag we have run into is getting our work orders in and taken care of. We are not concerned that they won’t be address, we only feel they could be handled in a more timely manner.

Easy and knowledgeable employees that know there products.

Everything was easy from the first minute we met Michelle. It started with a virtual walk-through and we did not have to visit any physical address - not even after the closing was complete. We just had to attend the one home inspection before final closing and every item was addressed within the week. I also recently met with Andrea for the one month follow up visit and she promptly attended to two issues we discovered after move-in. Overall it has been a great experience and we can't wait to begin our retirement in our beautiful new home.

What a Great home buying experience. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The sells team (Sammy) The home loan team (Taylor and Jenna). I have owned 10 homes. This team gets things done and fast. There were a few negative reviews on line. I have had a couple of issues with a few items. But there's nothing to complain about. The items are appliances, the house is great. Thank you everyone. I love my new home.

Good to work with but the craftsmanship needs a little help

Having a ready made Home was key to our needs. Moving out of State was an important step in finding our next home as quickly as possible.

I walked the home with our sales associate Beverly and our realtor and immediately fell in love with the layout. The home was at the top of our price point, but had everything we were hoping to find in a home. Beverly and our build team updated us each week on the progress (we were living out of state) with pictures and information about what was being done at that time. During our orientation, everything was explained in thorough detail to us, and great advice was given to help us take care of our brand new home. The fixtures and included appliances aren’t great quality, but they get the job done for the time being. Overall, we are happy we bought our Richmond American home and are excited to add our personal touches to it. ... More
