Our sellers agent was great! She said what she did and did what she said

Honestly, the process of getting a loan was alot of work. Since we don't have a Realtor representing us. But everything else was smooth sailing. The representative and everyone involved was excellent with quick response to my questions or need. I will definitely recommend richmond home to my friends and family

Brenda was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure that any opportunities or challenges were settled quickly--even when she was on vacation. She is a stellar representative. Joey was also quite helpful to make sure the house was ready. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were not ready. The warranty service is terrific, but the 4 hour window for repairs is not conducive for working people. The overall quality of the home is quite good. The dishwasher however is quite cheap. The "stainless steel" door is plastic. Love the gas range!

Still waiting for refund from purchase, have not received an update when it will happen or why it’s taking so long it’s been over 6 weeks since we took possession of the home. That is the reason why I deducted starts.

We bought our first house and in general we are very happy. I would have like that they have spend a little extra on some of the products Special the cabinets in the kitchen, I would have prefered more draws. The light installation is fine but there is some details that could have been fixed for cost less than a $100 and I would have been happy to pay the difference. The findings we have had they ahve respond very fast and it have been a pleasure to work with them

We enjoy our new home and love the view. The walkthrough, purchasing, and handoff process went great until they tell you the things you need to do before you can move into the house. Beware that you need to seal the grout, fill the joints in the garage floor, and run a new sprinkler control wire so that we can add zones for the back yard.

I want to start by stating that we love our new home and are extremely happy with our purchase. I was a a bit skeptical since the onlone reviews on Richmond American were not that great, many of them were questioning the quality of the work. This is not the case so far with our purchase. The initial contact with the Deacon, our loan officer, was a bit lacking. We would request items and we would not hear from him for days or weeks. The closer we got to closing, not more attentive he was to us and our request. At the end of it all, he made up for it the closer we got to closing. Our sales rep, Wray, was awesome, he was attentive to all our request and to this day he still drives by and waves hello with a big ol’ smile on his face. Justin and his team also did pretty good. There are still some items that need to be fixed around the house, but we are in no hurry for them. We do wish we would get an update on and estimated time of completion. We ended with a half acre lot and we love our lot! The only thing that was disappointing was it wasn’t until towards the end of the buying process that we found out that there were limitations on what we can do to our backyard. There are certain easements lines all around our fence line that we are not allowed to build in. Also, the septic system take up more than half of the backyard and it’s highly recommended we don’t build our plant anything. ... More

The overall experience buying a new construct home was 4 stars. The sales associate and representatives that front run the sales of Richmond homes were very professional! The home purchased was beautiful but did come with more after work than expected from a new construct. Nonetheless the Construction Manager stepped in to help and still being present until all repairs are made has been refreshing! Overall I know most experiences aren’t perfect so beginning to end I comment Richmond on where they are now as a company and the sky is the limit if they continuously strive for excellence!

We were looking for a house expecting to buy a used home and planning on fixing it up. We come to look at a new build by Richmond just to see what it was all about. We weee deeply impressed not only with the home but the staff was super helpful and very responsive. Very happy with choice

Silvia was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. She was patient and was always willing to help and answer our questions. Josh was great during the closing process. He made sure that things were completed before we moved in and very polite.

We love our house and our experience in our purchase. My only complaints are we were told the back yard would come back twice through our walkthroughs, and it is horrible to this day . Also our ac is very loud even the neighbors have said something to us went through warranty they say nothing is wrong but clearly something is . I say this because all my neighbors are very quiet

Overall the experience was great. The quality is decent. DJ during the walkthrough was amazing!!!!

Our overall experience with Richmond was normal. Ms. Ranesha was awesome and helped as much as she could. Overall, we have no complaints.

Richmond American has great incentives right now. It was a super tight time line to close on a move-in ready home. Using their in-house lender was challenging, but it all worked out in the end. We got a modern, energy efficient home in a great neighborhood. What more can you ask for?

Again I MUST point out Albert how did our walk through and assisted us in getting moved in. Albert is a true professional and an asset to the company. The only negative I have is with the mortgage insurance company. They had NO idea what they were doing. I had to make repeated phone calls to them to get the policy straightened. I would recommend your company find a more professional insurance company.

First of all the staff assisting the buying experience were great except for the lady who replaced Melisa (Melisa was awesome). Even the small hiccups were addressed except the north backyard wall that at the top you can walk easily into our neighbors yard and they can with ours. We are hoping that they fix this with just a couple of blocks.

The home has premium finishes and is a good value, especially using the builder's mortgage subsidiary. The buying process was pretty smooth, but very rushed with timeline and the time you have for walk-throughs. You also cannot go with a home inspector to the home and the inspector must be approved by the builder. You are pressured into using subsidiaries for financing and insurance. While there is some misleading marketing pressure, those companies are not responsive. The punchout list was completed, but some finishing touches could have used more care. We also were missing a screendoor and the brackets for a pre-installed TV mount. We've been told the screendoor will be installed when they're back in the community, but the phone number provided to install the TV does not work and the company we were told to use has not responded when we tried a number we found on their website. From start to finish, our first homebuying experience was fantastic. Our sales associate Janna was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for our needs. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel confident every step of the way. When we outlined specific must haves in our home including a large center sliding door into the backyard and tile flooring with a specific color scheme Janna found the perfect lot that matched. The quality of workmanship in our new home was solid and we felt that Richmond American stood by their product and our community superintendent Travis kept the tradesmen honest. From the flooring to the finishes, the home reflected a high standard of craftsmanship. It’s clear that this builder takes pride in delivering homes that meet modern day expectations and include features that are unique and timeless. One of the things we appreciated most was the transparency throughout the process. We opted to use the builder's in house mortgage company, HomeAmerican Mortgage, and our Loan Officer Lisa kept us informed about timelines, costs, and next steps. Our Loan Processor Judy was quick to answer our questions and helped to ensure that the process went as efficiently as possible keeping everything on track for a timely closing. Superintendent Kurtis knows what he's doing. They are all helpful.

Overall, we enjoy our new home and development. It has become obvious that cost cuts and trades that don't take pride in their work was evident. The walls on both sides of our property needed to be higher. Everyone could see into each other's backyard,
