Been a decent experience, Leah hall our rep has been great so has our site guy Gustavo.

We have been in the house for a little over a month and items are still not complete. In fairness, it is the holiday season and there is a lot going on but some of the items that could have been easily fixed or completed have not been completed. We have a good relatioinship with the team and they have been available for any 'must fix now' items. Looking forward to completing the warrenty work.

Brad will make your new home buying experience a joy. He is helpful, thorough and very responsive. The team made the experience very pleasant and I am very happy with the final result. Lots of material choices at the design studio with reasonably priced upgrades.

nice house, great upgraded appliances, decent grade paint on the walls (unlike a lot of new build).Massive 3-car garage and large laundry room. wish house was prewired for audio (good that all rooms have ethernet hookups). Need more/upgraded sockets in kitchen and garage.

Good experience every step of the way when purchasing our new home. Raychel and Kevin were very knowledgeable and helpful during the decision process and after move-in.

Wanda and Donnie worked great. The financial team of the house was not that great in the beginning but picked up along the way.

Tom K, Zack K, Nick F, and Mike P were great representatives for Richmond. Love our new house. Only concern was inability to customize upgrades, very few choices were offered.

Oliver is great to work with. He really helped me get into the place I wanted and helped insure all my conditions were met.

The process up until our walkthrough was more difficult and disorganized than it needed to be. With that said, Dave, the superintendent for Sky Village, has been amazing, and he is the sole reason that I have given the 5 stars above. He gave me all of the important info upfront before I asked, he is very responsive and answers all of my questions, and fixed any issues I've had right away. He is always in a good mood, easy to get ahold of, and great to talk to, and I am very grateful that he was in charge of the way that my family's home has turned out. I had a very good experience with the sales staff, knowable and friendly, they helped my through the entire buying process. On the construction end there was many issues that needed fixed, Ive been in my new home 5 weeks and yet not all issues have been addressed. I had to be on the phone every week complaining in order to get anything done. I feel that these issues should have been complete on the 2nd walkthrough prior to moving in.

That will be amazing in less stress if the team members specially the one in Colorado do a brief description from the beginning to let the buyer know the expectations “paperwork “ to be more specific not every minute the one something as soon as possible that will be best for everyone in it will be best the get everything done after the do the closing.Mike from Orlando he’s the worst not pick up the phone not replying back when you text him I hope he treats everyone the same in equal because you need them in the depending on you also it’s was a learning experience for me to move forward Todd was amazing, Elene was amazing the go above in beyond ... First, I would like to thank my loan officer for being proactive and responsive to my questions. Thank you Kim for all you did, was pleasure working with you. I just hoped that we were given the right amount from the get go by our first sales agent. It was a great tactic pitching the house for a lower price, and when we are seen as really eager, we were informed that all houses needed to be curated and prices will increase. Not appreciated since we really wanted to move forward. And we switched to another sales agent, as the first one switched to a higher role. I really like Mina as she answers my questions right away even in her days off. Very responsive and gives me updates from time to time. There was just misunderstandings on my attempt to switch lots which I am glad did not happen as I really love the one we ended up having. So, it worked out well. There was some minor issues upon moving in which can be fixed right away. And Aleks and Kyle make sure it is resolved or advise on how to get them done. Overall, this buying and moving process was a crazy process but I was really surprised with how things turned out. It was my plan to move to a new house this year and I was not disappointed. It was great working with Henry, he has been accommodating. I believer the in-house lenders need to work in their communication as well as tone towards their customers.

Their loan department sucks period. Everything else is good. Excellent to CET walk and warranty dept. Dj is on top of it! Sales is excellent as well. For the builder, there are lots of unfinished stuff, DJ of warranty made sure these will all get fix!

The home buying experience with Richmond American Homes was positive and I was offered a great deal on the house. I was able to close on the house in one month. Raychel was particularly helpful. Issues found on the home inspection were resolved before closing. Dealing with the mortgage company (Home American Mortgage Company); however, was difficult. Thankfully the mortgage was sold right after the home purchase.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our new home. However We would have preferred that a floor plan option were offered to us before we sign the contract. We saw the model home and we fell in love with the floor plan, but apparently they built the floor plan they had available or they just decided for us. Also the superintendent was not very helpful and nice when we close our house since there were pending issues to be completed in the house that he never took care. Other than that the house is beautiful. There are areas where there were needed more lights like in the living room where they put only one single light! The trees were dead when they delivered the house to us. There were two appliances brand new and already broken. We had to call the manufacturer and have them fixed by ourselves! No assistance from the builder! The backyard lot was not properly delimited so they put the limits like 20 feet less than what our survey plan says. I would say I have no complaints about the way we qualify and financially speaking close the house, but we are not happy with the way the superintendent dealed with the pending finishings of the house. There is still parts of the house like the moulding that looks loose in some areas. ... More

We did have in general a good experience, the buying process was quick, customer service was very good, building materials, and home finishing are good, it stands out from competitors, I would say fairly you buy a better home construction location and amenities, than those offered by other companies.

I did not like the build process with spec home building. After much thoughts and trials with the new build we were advised that the model home was available so we decided to purchase the pewter model home and could not be happier, even though it cost more than we were willing to pay but in the end we were greatful that we had the money for the model home. Thank you for this great home.

We have had a few things pop up since we moved in. Sometimes Jennifer is responsive quickly, other times not. I’m assuming she’s busy. The paint on the floor is frustrating. Was told that it’s water based, by Angel, and should just come right up. It takes elbow grease to get it off. Otherwise we are pretty happy here.
