Richmond Homes are very workable group. They care about me as a customer and helped me a lot in purchasing my home. I am very happy to be able to get a beautiful home from Richmond.

It was a good experience looking forward to my next purchase

I'm very happy with the house. Good quality. However, I had a problem with the solar purchase. I was a cash buyer so closing escrow is fast if the house was ready. I was told that I couldn't purchase solar because I had less than 60 days to closing of escrow. I was forced to lease the solar. I've bought 12 brand new homes already and no other builder had this clause. I bought a house and closed escrow in 10 days and was still able to purchase solar. This is a ridiculous clause to have to force a buyer to lease solar when it's possible to purchase. Thus my experience with the agent was not a pleasant one. I gave the experience a 4 star only because of Anthony, your customer service rep. He's awesome and always responded to my needs. Caleb and Anthony are the rockstar in our home buying experience. They were professional, pleasant to work with and answers all our questions. They both gave us timely updates regarding our house and made sure we are satisfied. Chris from the lender however sent me a “formality” mortgage rate lock in form to sign which made me think I had a lower interest rate of 6.5%. My credit was checked before this form was sent and was within the 60 days I was allowed to lock in. Instead of locking me in, I was sent this form which made me think i was getting a lower interest rate. I was later told that my actual rate is 7.3%. ... More

If possible schedule several showings of different models to ensure you have a good feel of layout. It is crucial to know how a house will be situated and how high the crawl space will be on a lot where a home is not yet built. There were some mishaps about ordering laundry machines from the design center that actually did not fit the space, but all were very accommodating about figuring out how remove the appliances and refund those monies. Everyone has been friendly and responsive, but during my purchase and build, there seemed to be some short staffing and communication breakdowns internally that made my appointments feel rushed. ... Bought a move-in ready home. The whole process went very smoothly. All punch list items were corrected quickly. So far with are pleased with Richmond American Homes.

My wife and I recently closed on our Richmond American home in Mountain Falls in Pahrump, and overall it was a meaningful milestone for our family. Building and buying a new home is a complex process with a lot of moving parts, and while there were moments where things required patience and persistence, there were also some individuals who truly made the experience better. The highlight of our experience was working with Josh, the Richmond American Superintendent. From our first walkthrough, Josh demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and pride in the homes he delivers. During the orientation, he spent significant time walking through every system in the home, explaining how things worked, answering questions, and making sure we understood maintenance and warranty items. What impressed us most was how proactive he was. Before we even arrived, he had already walked the home and taped areas that needed paint touch-ups or minor corrections. When we pointed out anything during the walkthrough, he addressed it immediately and made sure it was documented so his team could take care of it. Josh clearly takes ownership of the homes he builds, and that level of care gave us a lot of confidence as buyers. So much so that, without him, we likely would have walked away. Another person who made a big difference in the process was Jenna with HomeAmerican Mortgage. Financing can often be one of the most stressful parts of buying a home, but Jenna was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Our loan had a few complexities that required additional documentation and coordination, and Jenna stayed engaged every step of the way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. She took the time to explain the numbers, answer questions, and make sure we understood our options before making decisions. Her professionalism and communication were greatly appreciated. Overall, the home itself is beautiful, and we are excited to start this next chapter in Pahrump. Mountain Falls is a great community, and we are looking forward to enjoying the golf course, the growing amenities in the area, and the extra space the property provides. The process of buying a new construction home can require patience, especially when coordinating between builder timelines, lenders, and closing logistics. That said, when you have people like Josh on the construction side and Jenna on the financing side who genuinely care about their work and the people they serve, it makes a real difference. Sales staff were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Post close, warranty department have been good to work with, however issues identified slow to get responded to.

The only wrinkle in an otherwise smooth end-to-end buying process was - in my view - the extreme amount of documentation required by the preferred mortgage lender. I joked with my friends that at times it felt like I was going to need to provide them stool, urine, and blood samples! Even so, I would highly recommend RAH to prospective homebuyers - my home is virtually perfect for me!

My wife and I were looking for some remodeling ideas for our house and decided to visit the Settler’s Crossing community. Audra was incredible! She allowed use to browse the house long enough for my wife to fall in love with it, then answered every one of my million questions. We were eager to make an offer but couldn’t until they were done using it as a sales office. Both Audra and Brandon were very patient with our nearly daily visits and excellent in communicating the status of when we could submit our offer. It's good experience with Richmond American Home as the Design lay-out suitable to modern home. I understand the material related with cost saving that's added to the value, But the workmanship is lag of attention to the detail. I trust Richomand American Homes builder, and would suggest the after sale also needed some attention.

Suri Sales and Devin Builder were great to deal with. They were honest, did what they said. Very appreciative.

Honestly, the process of getting a loan was alot of work. Since we don't have a Realtor representing us. But everything else was smooth sailing. The representative and everyone involved was excellent with quick response to my questions or need. I will definitely recommend richmond home to my friends and family

Brenda was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure that any opportunities or challenges were settled quickly--even when she was on vacation. She is a stellar representative. Joey was also quite helpful to make sure the house was ready. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were not ready. The warranty service is terrific, but the 4 hour window for repairs is not conducive for working people. The overall quality of the home is quite good. The dishwasher however is quite cheap. The "stainless steel" door is plastic. Love the gas range!

Still waiting for refund from purchase, have not received an update when it will happen or why it’s taking so long it’s been over 6 weeks since we took possession of the home. That is the reason why I deducted starts.

We bought our first house and in general we are very happy. I would have like that they have spend a little extra on some of the products Special the cabinets in the kitchen, I would have prefered more draws. The light installation is fine but there is some details that could have been fixed for cost less than a $100 and I would have been happy to pay the difference. The findings we have had they ahve respond very fast and it have been a pleasure to work with them

We enjoy our new home and love the view. The walkthrough, purchasing, and handoff process went great until they tell you the things you need to do before you can move into the house. Beware that you need to seal the grout, fill the joints in the garage floor, and run a new sprinkler control wire so that we can add zones for the back yard.
