Richmond American’s onsite sales team, dedicated lender, patient final stretch coordinator and site superintendent went above and beyond, every step of the way - from inception, build-out through closing. After closing, sales agent and lender were available and answered the few concerns, with the same immediacy as during the sales process. Richmond corporate QC has been outstanding, ensuring that any remaining punch concerns are being addressed, resolved. Solid product, beautiful home; expect excellence - Richmond American Delivers!!!!!

The homebuying process went smoothly. The quality of the work was sub-par by some of the contractors, i.e. the electricians, painters, and dry wall workers. The foreman promised things fixed at walk through that have not been corrected, and since ignored. I like my home and the neighborhood but was not told about all of the taxes at the location I live.

We had a great sales representative, Allison at Tributary. She was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions. On the warranty side, we still have some outstanding items that need to be addressed. Hopefully they will be completed soon.

Repairs have not yet been completed. It’s already been 1 month. Sales staff is great. Travis is a great helpful person . No very happy with the outside staff

Suzanne is exceptional; she consistently answers all questions and offers any assistance possible, significantly enhancing the experience. My first walk-through went smoothly, and we addressed all issues. However, my second walk-through was disappointing. I drove two hours only to find that the issues hadn't been resolved. After living here for a month and two weeks, I'm still missing a screen door and there are several areas with yellow paint that need repainting. Half of the electrical outlets are not functioning. Despite reporting these issues on the service app from day one, I haven't received any follow-up calls. Easy process and great personnel

Try to accomplish to take care of pending issues before closing. You don’t loose anything for asking for upgrade. Take extra family with you to inspect and hire a private inspection firm. Check bathrooms and plumbing upstairs and in crawl space. All the air vent installation of attached properly.check laundry area. We are missing insulation in bump out window spaces, found big 7 holes in the beam for blown insulation hose and they forgot and left it open. Warranty rep scheduled many contractors and she is nowhere to be found. Found cracks in garage concrete floor right after the closings(we were rushed out pre closing walkthrough)now they are giving us cold shoulder. Because it’s not covered after the closing. I bought my home and it could not have been a more amazing experience, Especially the people in the front office who helped me immensely especially Megan. I had to sell my previous home and they worked so hard around my schedule to get me into my new richmond home. I absolutely love. As always with anything there is a problem here or there, but the promptness to solve my issue was amazing and gave me a good feeling about the company as a whole. Thank you for helping me get into my dream neighborhood. :-)

We had, and still have, bad experience with the superintendent and assistant superintendent when it comes to 30-day inspection repairs. They are non-responsive most of the time. Quality of the actual home is subpar compared to other builders we’ve used in the past.

It was a great experience from start to finish, we had a great team helping us and Bill was awesome.

Our sales person was Lauren and she was AWESOME! Communicated every step and was so attentive to us. Mike our project manager was thorough and knowledgeable

Was not given second garage remote, garage was not pressure washed, house was dirty. Someone was supposed to reach out to get this scheduled and I have not heard from anyone.

Overall we love our new home, the design , space and flooring are the best. We did not like the fact the loan company did 3 separate credit inquires within 6 months. This greatly decreased my credit score. I did not also like the fact that we had to call several times for your company to fix a broken tile and fill up a hole next the water and gas meters.

We are enjoying our new home! Not very enjoyable to hear construction work at 6:30am in the morning while my kid is asleep but after the neighborhood is built that will go away.

So I closed three weeks ago. I submitted my list of repairs things that still needed to take place. You would think the air conditioner not working in August AZ over 110 degrees, and the fire alarm going off would’ve given a prompt response. Nobody ever contacted me until finally today. I got a decent human being and he was going to help. Thank you Dan. Other than that Customer Service from other employees was horrible.

Our experience with Jee and our building superintendent, Ruben, has been outstanding. Jee has consistently been available to address our questions and provide assistance, while Ruben’s extensive knowledge and helpfulness throughout the entire process have been invaluable. However, I would strongly recommend reconsidering any future transactions with Richmond’s Mortgage team. We found their lack of expertise, failure to review documents promptly, and inability to adhere to a timeline conducive to closing on time both disappointing and surprising. It is concerning that, despite the high standards evident in other areas of their business, their mortgage division fell significantly short, displaying a troubling lack of organization and professionalism. ... Awesome couldn’t be better process was great and smooth

Excellent home, loving it everyday!

Carrie was great to work with. Tim the foreman was absolutely horrible. Several months of delays, we kept getting lied to about the how much longer. Tim knows what stage they were at but kept making it sound like not much longer. Then when we had the walkthrough Tim just kept saying "well that's the way it is". We had a massive water leak upstairs within two weeks of moving in on an issue both our inspector and us brought up to Tim. Our flooring downstairs is not level due to the subfloor. Our walls/trim were horribly painted. Grass the the front yard is very patchy and mostly dead because Richmond American didn't pay the water bill for like 5 days on a very hot week. Many of the contractors that have come out since closing have been unprofessional and work very slowly. It been a crappy buying experience and would not use Richmond American again. We have been in our home a month and not a lot of progress has been made. ... More

Overall the buying experience was good. Never easy dealing with lenders. Richmond staff were great and the warranty group is doing better then expected based off the last new construction home I bought. John of the warranty staff is a great asset for Richmond. Items to get corrected after move in is not surprising. When you mass produce hones QA is harder to do and things will need to be adjusted/corrected. But John makes it all happen without any problems. Overall we are happy with our new home.

I would recommend Richmond American homes for any new home shoppers. They use superior materials for their construction. They provide you with enough space at your backyard at no extra cost. I have more than 3500 square footage at my backyard and people keep asking me how much did I pay to get extra lot? Their finishing is top notch. The on-sight sales representative Vicky and Betty are phenomenal. We are happy we bought from Richmond American homes.
