I appreciate the overall quality and value of my recent purchase with Richmond American Homes. The neighborhood is quiet and I love the mountain view’s and easy access for my mountain biking trails.

When we walked in to look at some town homes, we didn’t know the quality of service Richmond f American Homes was prepared to offer. From showing us the homes we immediately looked at to taking us to other properties that were available, Oliver was friendly, flexible, and determined to show us just how great a deal with Richmond American Homes would be. Had a few minor details with the new home, they were taken care off but still waiting on some issues. Water pressure upstairs bathrooms very low need improvement on that. Outside HOA hadn’t taken care of couple of dead plants and sprinklers hoses sticking out of the ground. It needs mulching and trash debri cleaned up

Susan was amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive to all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would find the answer and get back with me with in the day. She stayed in touch with me throughout the complete process.

We had an amazing experience that went so smoothly! The whole team at Richmond was so great to work with! Jason was so great about answering questions and being so nice. Luke helped us with our walkthrough, he was very thorough and went above and beyond. Overall, an outstanding team and we had so much fun!

We have bought several homes, even built a custom home, the home buying process with Richmond was likely the best experience we have had. The quality of the materials, the selections of the mechanicals, they just go above and beyond and are not a typical contractor trying to hit the “industry standard”. Our home was purchased at great price-value for area and craftsmanship of home builder. My wife and I were very happy with whole process and Darlene was great throughout entire time before and after closing follow up on small fixes.

From initial contact to and beyond closing, aside from being what would describe as the consummate Realtor he was professional, consistent and super personable. He always responded to my questions and calls with a since of urgency and provided the needed answers. For me the several crooks and turns that occurred while working through the loan process often stressed my out and invoked major anxiety and to be quite candid ticked me off. He was a consistent voice for calm and reassurance that everything would work out. His positive approach to this process was infectious. From Jim opening early on a Sunday morning to receiving the key at closing (and even beyond) this was an exceptional experience. The house, community and little extras are more than I had hoped for when beginning my home search.

Our home was already built when we bought it but it feels like a quality home. Every person we have dealt with from sales to loan to walk through and warranty items and trade people have all been very friendly and professional. With the few warranty items that have been found, Richmond has been very responsive. We are happy with our home and our overall experience.

After researching the area our decision was made as we walked through the quality built site we now call HOME! Cori was a delight from the beginning, her support throughout the process was top notch! The opportunity to work with the companies professionals; lenders/closing agents went smoothly and on time. Our walk through went great, they had addressed most of our concerns before our arrival to appointment!
