From my first meeting with Victoria and Betty in the sales office, to having discussions with the Assistant Superintendent, Manuel and finally at closing with Robert our Home Care Specialist, everything went smoothly, and everyone was professional, helpful and welcoming to the community. We are very pleased with our purchase in this new phase of living!

I had a great experience with Richmond American Homes, specifically with the sales associate Todd and the builder Chris. They were very helpful with everything I needed. This was my first time buying a home, and they made sure to educate me and guide me through the entire process, making the transaction smooth. The financial team also did a great job. If you are a first-time homebuyer, you should definitely consider them. Whatever they told me at the start was exactly what I spent and received in the end.

Overall, we are happy with the process and quality of work. Yes, there were issues along the way, but the construction manager (Scott), sales agent (Michael), and loan officer (Chris) all went above and beyond to help get resolutions.
