We had an awesome experience buying our first new build. It was a marathon but Ms H made it as painless as possible, she's was easy to reach and always open to our questions. Sales and Sup we're really helpful. Can definitely recommend!!

Dream home fantastic build quality

The team from walking in the model to get the keys was exceptional. We looked at many home builders and were blown away with how responsive the team was and how quick we were able to be in our home. By far the most thorough final walk through we have ever had. Explained everything had all paperwork for warranties etc ready for us.10 out of 10 recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of buying a home here at Richmond - Esperando. This was our first time buying a new build home, and Richmond made sure to take care of all of our needs, questions, concerns... anything we needed was done in a timely manner and they made sure the end result was exactly what we paid for and wanted. Everyone from the sales agent to our designer to our field super to management to our loan officer ... we we're always greeted with a friendly smile and great professionalism. I saved up for a long time to buy my home. Initially, working with several lenders and my realtor, they helped me find a home within my budget. After finding two different homes with two separate builders, I decided to go with Richmond homes. My sales person, Jessica, helped with that decision when she told me about Richmond’s program involving their Warranty person scheduling a 30-day, 6-month and 1-year Walk Though the home to address items that fall within the Warranty Parameters; this led me to believe that Richmond cares about their buyers enough to follow up with them after such a large purchase. I, also, decided to go with Richmond’s lender, after discovering I qualified for their incentives. Those incentives helped to keep my monthly payments, and other payments and savings, within my budget. Our house is quality built I do wish some changes could be made especially the closet arms if could be made of wood not the brackets there using but other than that everything was handled quick In response the team was effective financing was a breeze and guided I highly recommend also high ceilings

This was my 3rd new build and easily my best experience. Team was responsive, attentive and very knowledgeable. Everything I wanted was done in a surprisingly short amount of time. Everything I’ve asked for even after closing was done without question. Larry and Edgar are amazing.

We bought our brand new home from Richmond American Homes. We are very satisfied with quality of the home, clear communication and quick responses to questions and concerns. Sales was great, kept us informed along the way. Construction was also great, even explained the progress when we dropped by once in a while. Title was very efficient. But the Lender was a bit more difficult. At one point our income was not completely documented after we had provided all the asked for info several times. This almost caused us to fall out… last minute! After we had sold our previous home and moved to temporary housing. The processor finally got it all straightened out and we closed on schedule.

Yale our super was amazing, our warrenty rep James is awesome. Brenda our underwriter is great! Everything was awesome!

We love our new home, it was a great experience working with the sales team. They ensured we were updated along the way and we were able to watch our new home being built from the ground up. The quality of the home is excellent I would certainly recommend Richmond American to anyone looking for a new build.
