Richmond took great care of us and really cared about the product they were selling. Any of the few issues were addressed quickly and eh house is really well built. Very happy with the home and the building process.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Richmond Homes. Don and Jason were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions.

Very satisfied with the Richmond Homes build quality, materials, appliances, design, lot size etc. Had a very bad experience with the Sales Rep David and loan officer Darrel though. Apart from that, the builders and warranty departments are good.

Mike is an outstanding sales agent. He worked very closely with us as we went through the process of buying our home. I would work with him anytime.

I spent a month and a half looking at homes all over the Salt Lake Valley, and it was a miserable experience. Just as I was about to give up the search I found my new home. Richmond American Homes was phenomenal to buy from. I was so tired of putting out offers on homes, so it was a miracle when I was able to sign a contract on my home the same day! Everyone I worked with was so friendly and helpful. I loved the entire experience. Would defienetly go with Richmond Homes again, but I don't think I'll ever want to part with the home we just got. I loved getting the weekly updates with pictures showing what was completed each week throughout the building process.

Purchase process and delivery of home was terrific. The purchase value is terrific because we got a terrific price and interest rate compared to the market. The quality and craftsmanship is average but all builders homes, even custom homes, are that way since they do not use top quality materials and labor. We are still very happy with our purchase!

The home is good buth the sale say me live the curtains but not live noting I'm waiting

Richmond Homes are very workable group. They care about me as a customer and helped me a lot in purchasing my home. I am very happy to be able to get a beautiful home from Richmond.

Overall, I had a great experience with Richmond homes. The closing process was a little clunky and it seemed as soon as I sent in documents I requested more documents were requested. It would’ve been nice to have a checklist of every document required for closing so that I could just turn everything in at once. Other than that things went well

It is a good looking house, there are some things that could be better, but the relation house/price is totally worthy.

Better don’t go to Richmond preferred lender. It’s a life long traumatic experience. They operate with a selfish, customer don’t care approach. It’s haunting and my body became weak due to huge stress.

The house itself was delivered ok. The workmanship was less than stellar. When we did the final walkthrough we placed lots of blue tape but maybe 10% was fixed and then the clean up was terrible. When you move into a new home you shouldn’t have to clean up before moving in. We found lots of drywall dust in wall and trim throughout the home. The front door looks terrible with bubbling paint and streaks. The painters were sent back but it looks worse now. When we did the 30 day checkup she assured us that it will be taken care of. I really like the home but the little things make it hard to be happy about paying so much for a house. When everything is completely taken care of then I’m sure I will feel better about things. ... Warranty service seems to never respond

Fit and finish of completed homes should match the model homes but builder is too rushed to complete houses resulting in less than ideal quality. Sales team and building superintendent are knowledgable and very easy to work / communicate with.
