Pretty exciting experience. Definitely took quite a bit of work but they really make sure that all bases are covered. Their also very responsive, always a super fast response.

I knew the minute I saw this home, neighborhood and price this was the house for me. I love that the home has 8' doors throughout, large lots, fantastic features (such as self closing cabinets, tankless water heater, and complimentary paint touch up at the one year mark). The sales process was simple and Grant was great as he worked closely with my realtor to make sure all was in order for the transaction. Dennis did a great job of walking us through the functionality throughout the home and how to operate things, and took care of a few items discussed as part of the first walk through so that things were done before the final walk through. And... the warranty team has been great to take care of my minor "fix it's" promptly. Highly recommend Richmond American! ... More

Generally excellent. Builder helpful in getting details ironed out. On site agent very thorough in showing house video and managing purchase. Mortgage and title were thorough. Bought while out of state so everything handled online except closing paperwork. Only negative comment is so many different offices and people involved it was hard to keep track of who was doing what.

We bought a move-in ready house and closed within the month. The process for us was extremely quick and smooth. Our sales rep Sammy was patient and got us a great deal and our superintendent. Josh was on top of getting the little details knocked out for us. We love our house and can’t wait to spend many years there.

This is our fourth buy, third with a new build, and none have been as easy and as pleasant as this one. From our first look through our first home touch-up, this has been a stress-free experience. Jessi patiently walked us through the homes and the process. The finance plan made it possible for us to buy. Nate and Will have taken care of each very minor house issue with a smile--unlike our previous experiences where every issue became a tug-of-war! We're trying to get our friends to buy nearby, knowing if they do they will not be disappointed.

Start to finish, Jennifer made the entire experience effortless. Arnold always is here to help if I have questions or need anything. This is my 3rd RichmondAmerican home and my first brand new one. Such a great home with great craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend RichmondAmerican and 10/10 I recommend the Seasons at Red Rock.

Everything was excellent fast closing

Extremely pleased with the quality of our build, very nice standard features, thoughtful upgrades. Everyone that we dealt with was excellent, from the initial sales representative contact, through building supervisor and walk throughs, to the various members of the administrative team that handled all of our processing.

From start meeting Arin and her assistance to my wife and I and even the recommendations to assist us to getting qualified was greatly appreciated. Even meeting the staff at Asher Landing that assist with any issues found after moving in, Grant is always very helpful.

Richmond is the best! Everyone was very hard working, helpful, diligent, and kind. No question went unanswered and if there was a problem it got fixed. Couldn’t recommend this builder more! We have been in the house for 1 month and absolutely love it. Thank you Richmond America :)

Great experience! Love my home so much! The sales agents were very kind and knowledgeable! Would recommend Richmond American homes over other builders in the area. Their level of construction is top tier and they offer really great floor plans that are hard to find else where!

I looked at a few different builders in the area and this one stood out for building with above average materials and not making them options. Beautiful area with views of nature really won me over as well. The process was so fast it’s surreal. They all worked together like a fine oiled machine. I saw it a closed in less than 3 weeks. Amazing experience.

If you do not use Richmond to buy a home, shame on you. I would rather be homeless, than live in a home that is not Richmond. Do yourself a favor and consult Richmond for your home buying needs.

From our first day seeing houses everything was very smooth. Super friendly staff at Richmond. Brandi the Richmond sales agent in our areas was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions. She was amazing! And even the loan officers all were very responsive and made everything as smooth and quick as possible. We were surprised at how good and smooth everything went. Even after closing our warranty agent Nicole has been on top of the little details being addressed with our home. She’s very knowledgeable and on top of it. Our new Richmond-American home is something we've always wanted. Design and quality are excellent and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Courtney, is outstanding and made the whole process very easy. The few minor new home follow-up items were handled quickly by Nathan, and the Richmond-American team has checked in with us several times to ensure all is well. What a terrific experience.

Buying a home can be stressful, but Carrie made it feel simple and manageable. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and was patient with all my questions. I really appreciated how smooth the process was and how supported I felt the whole time.

Handle warranty issues lightning fast.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased a new-build home, and this is by far the best experience that I've had. The entire process, from sales to design selection to build to closing to post-close warranty issues, the employees have all been phenomenal. They've constantly strived to do the right thing by us, their customers, and give us the best experience and home possible. Melissa, our sales rep, did great. Natasha, our designer, and HUGE SHOUTOUT to Danny, our foreman, who went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about our new home, was incredibly helpful with issues, and gave great advice for us.
