Hello, I really liked the Richmond American builders and the sales person(Dana) as well as the orientation persons (Steve) helped us understand and complete all the process very smoothly. Even the lender was so good and helped me to understand all the process easily and complete on time. High ceilings, good location and good construction. We really liked the Richmond American and I would definitely suggest to others .

Anastasia was fantastic in the sales process, made it very easy and smooth! The Richmond finance side were also great, very responsive and we got an incredible interest rate!

We accomplished this from Arizona. The Richmond team was not only extremely helpful handling the moving pieces for the project internally, but was very helpful roping in our agent on the ground and making sure all our questions were addressed in a timely manner. Some minor hiccups with the mortgage team regarding updates and clear communications which were resolved as we got closer to the closing date. The quality of build is top notch. Every corner, face, and foundational component has been expertly finished. Deb is always on top of everything. I always got answer and help from her during the purchasing process. After moving into the new house, she still provide help to us.

Overall experience is good but still workmanship and details still need to improve. Ashley at front desk is the best from RAH. Everything else is ok.

Overall ok but too early to write a full review

We had a new sales agent that didn’t know much. We mentioned things to him about the house and they were never shared with the builder. He quit prior to our closing only to our surprise and that was not communicated. Our new home orientation was done with someone that had never been to the house prior. So it was not that helpful. Many items from our blue tape walk through were not addressed prior to final walk through. The same person that did our orientation said he was never back at the property since that day so he didn’t even know what has done prior to final walkthrough. Some of the items were done at the final walkthrough, others were not completed at all. He failed to do many things he promised. He said to reach him directly to handle some of the repairs that rolled over but that quickly changed to file warranty claims. It had taken several weeks to get some repairs taken care of. We have lived in the home now for four weeks and still have areas needing paint based on repairs. Hard to feel settled in when you have a wall and trim in your living room that is not complete. Communication was poor throughout. The mortgage company waited until the very last minute to really look at details they needed which made us have to push back our signing. Not a great experience at all and still dealing with headaches and having to make plans around repairs and paint. Not what I expected from a new home. ... More

No liking the Warranty People ( they are so bad at their work) and material are so bad
