Overall experience is good but still workmanship and details still need to improve. Ashley at front desk is the best from RAH. Everything else is ok.

The buying experience begin smooth due to a wonderful realtor called Anastasia. Honestly if it wasn’t for her we would have walked away from the purchase a few times. During the process we were promised a few things that couldn’t or they did not want to deliver. We felt like they were just telling us what we wanted to hear so we could move forward with the purchase. The warranty person was great and super helpful, besides telling us what we wanted to hear. Outstanding issues

We purchased a home and did the final walkthrough etc and all was taken care from the list our inspector provided. Their was one issue that wasnt…water dispenser from fridge. We were told part had arrived and scheduled the technician to repair. Technician arrived no part was given to us and tech knew nothing about it. The technicians made several trips and still hasnt been fixed as of 11/25….moved in 10/11. My wife or I have had to take time away from work and be at the house each time. Appears to be no sense of urgency or desire to get this resolved. Lesson learned….always have issuues ...

Inconsistent from the start

We had a new sales agent that didn’t know much. We mentioned things to him about the house and they were never shared with the builder. He quit prior to our closing only to our surprise and that was not communicated. Our new home orientation was done with someone that had never been to the house prior. So it was not that helpful. Many items from our blue tape walk through were not addressed prior to final walk through. The same person that did our orientation said he was never back at the property since that day so he didn’t even know what has done prior to final walkthrough. Some of ...

I recently purchased a $712,000 home from Richmond American Homes, and my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Before closing, I was promised four sets of keys, but on the closing day, I was only given two. When I raised the issue with the sales associate, Jmir, he was dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly insisting that I received all four keys instead of addressing the mistake.
