We had an amazing purchase experience until it came to financing with RA. The contractors interest was attractive but the amount of red tape we had to cross to get to YES was not worth the wait so we sought financing elsewhere Dana appeared to not go that extra mile to assist us but at the end of it all we got the home we wanted!

We bought a move-in ready house and closed within the month. The process for us was extremely quick and smooth. Our sales rep Sammy was patient and got us a great deal and our superintendent. Josh was on top of getting the little details knocked out for us. We love our house and can’t wait to spend many years there.

Richmond is the best! Everyone was very hard working, helpful, diligent, and kind. No question went unanswered and if there was a problem it got fixed. Couldn’t recommend this builder more! We have been in the house for 1 month and absolutely love it. Thank you Richmond America :)

My husband and I spent months looking at different homes, and we randomly came across the Arborbrook community. Our sales agent Ryan gave us the tours. We fell in love with the models instantly. He then proceeded to show us some spec homes that were move-in ready. Who knew we would fall in love with one! We put a deposit down the next day. The escrow process of course is always stressful, but they made it easy and were super patient and understanding. Fast forward, WE ARE IN OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW RICHMOND HOME!!!! Thank you so much for making our dream come true.

Experience was fantastic. Everyone involved was on top of their game. Home buying process was fast and smooth. Any minor issues that have come up since moving in have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. And this is only the beginning, there is so much help that Richmond American offers for the first year. Would definitely buy another Richmond American Home

From my experience there were many issues with buying a home from Richmond. I feel I got ripped off over and over again. My dad bought a home from Taylor Morrison and I can tell the difference in the quality of the his home and he had overall a better experience. If I wasn’t locked in I wouldn’t have bought this home from Richmond. Never again

My first purchase of a new home. It was easier than a previously owned residence. The team I worked with was awesome. I don’t have any complaints.

My home buying experience was phenomenal due to my real estate agent helping me. The overall home of lantana is average. The house is obviously build quickly to have many customers move in. The quality is not $460k, but that is something most people will need to realize is the norm. The structure is not the same quality as older homes but I accepted it. It is a good starter home.

Susan, the community representative, was amazing with providing information and timely responses. We actually looked at 2 communities with her and our realtor. We chose to finance through the builder taking advantage of their interest rate incentive. That process was a little stressful, but once we found the right representative, the issues at hand were quickly resolved. All in all, we are happy with our purchase and the craftsmanship of the house.

No follow up after purchasing, it take more than 2 -3 weeks for come back for defect claims response

Buying a new home with Richmond American is by far the best decision you can make. The representatives (sales, loan, building operations, etc., were super responsive and went out of their way to make the process easy relatively simple and super-efficient. I would like to specifically praise the work of Tanner (our sales representative) and Tyler (our building supervisor) at Arborbrook. Both men were incredible in performing their jobs and were a pleasure to work with. I would also like to note the outstanding work of Erin, our loan representative. Erin was very responsive answering loan questions and ensuring that we understood all aspects of our loan. Richmond American has great incentives right now. It was a super tight time line to close on a move-in ready home. Using their in-house lender was challenging, but it all worked out in the end. We got a modern, energy efficient home in a great neighborhood. What more can you ask for?

The home buying process was so fast it felt like it was being rushed but everyone did their parts and it’s a blessing. No email gets unseen and no phone call goes unattended.

Homes that are cheaply built, customer service thats deplorable, questionable ethics, company as a whole operating in “the grey”. Hire a third party inspector BEFORE purchasing! We were expierencing so many issues that we had to bring in a professional to hep us navigate the myrid nof issues. After receiving a 37 page inspection report on our “newly built” home here are some of the larger issues we are having witht he home that directly effect the value of our investment. 1. Primary Attic: sections of roof sheathing were installed without the radiant barrier (the attic should be fully radiant insulated). 2. Roof & Roof Overhangs: Roofing tiles are falling off and there are several damages to the roof that will ultimately compromise the structure of our house over time. 3. Garage: Slab in concrete is already presenting with cracks less than a month after closing. 4. Living Room Ceiling: The ceiling is presenting with waves less than a month after closing. 5. Front, Back, Interior Doors and Closet Doors: Split in casings, door hung unlevel, improperly closing. ALL doors need to be fixed. 6. Cabinetry: From the kitchen to the bathrooms, there are damages present. Drill holes. Looks as though they installed “reject” cabinets in our house. 7. Fire Suppression System: System is compromised due to poor installation. The sprinklers were not installed flush to the ceiling, dust and dirt accumulation will occur over the years. Trades people sent to home are bush-league! Unprofessional, and cause more damage when they attempt to fix something. For instance, the painters used acetone on our carpets and showers to remove paint overspray. Needless to say, carpets and showers are damaged beyond repair. The list goes on… it's been a huge time suck having to deal with the company to fix said issues through their Warranty Request process, which is absolutely frustrating. I wish we would have hired a home inspector from the get, before closing. Do yourself a favor and conduct your due diligence thoroughly! ... More
