We’ve had positive experiences with everyone along the way in our home buying journey. We love our new home, and the neighborhood is the friendliest I’ve ever been in!

Everyone from the sales staff(Courtney) to the construction to the warranty ( Gwen) have been helpful & professional. I couldn’t be happier with my house.

The Shea staff were very helpful through the process. Ted the Shea rep. was super and worked with us. He was very flexible and went out of his way to help us when we had to change our house choice at the last minute. I asked what Shea could do for a Veteran and they stepped right up and reduced our down payment by half. Once we moved in, the Shea rep. Scott has been super in taking care of all our requests for fixing certain items after we moved in.

The best customer service I have ever had in my new build experiences. They are there for during the entire building process from start to finish. I love the attention to detail provided. Shea homes even has periodic check in during the first year! Who else does that? I love it here!

We recently purchased in Trilogy Verde River. I honestly couldn’t think of a single thing they could have done more efficiently.

Being from out of town we relied on Orlando immensely. He was amazing! Kept us Informed by sending photos and update via text and emails. Questions we had were answered most times, within minutes if not, within an hour. The entire team from start to finish including an issue with the A/C were there to help at every turn!

Everyone whom we worked with in the purchase of our home have been fantastic. Employees seem to really care and do their best to make sure you get the service requested or required.

My Trilogy experience has been fantastic from touring the facility to closing. Everyone has been absolutely incredible: the attention to detail, responsiveness, quality and value. I can’t say enough at how pleased I am. Everything I planned for in my home was perfect. the communication throughout the entire process was awesome, especially given I lived 5 hours away. Trilogy accommodated me for on-site appointments and answered any questions throughout the process. I've lived at Trilogy for about 2 months and the experience has been awesome --- Shea Homes does incredibly high-quality work and I've been extremely impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail!

We built two other homes in the past and this was a superior experience. Shea communicated often. They answered all our questions. The people have all been responsive and helpful.

Very friendly, professional & knowledgable. The Wickenburg Ranch team exceeded my expectations each step of the way. I received a warm friendly welcome from the moment I was greeted at the gate, viewed the new model homes, & toured the impressive golf community via golf cart. The Ranch community is active, fun & social though set in an expansive area for each home to be enjoyed as a private oasis. The sales team was never pushy and continually placed my best interest as their objective. They truly receive my gold star rating for knowledge, communication & friendly attitude. The new home purchase incentives are an exceptional compliment to the high standard & quality of each home construction & design. We just got through our one month review. We had some minor concerns which we explained to our warranty specialist. He followed up a couple of days later with appointments to have the appropriate service techs come out to the home. The techs fixed our issues. The warranty team at Shea is top notch. Thank you both for your support, Allen and Richard.

Repeat buyers, love our new home!

Our home buying experience with Shea was outstanding from start to finish! We were interested in their spec homes and Frank reviewed the various models with us numerous times. He was an unending treasure trove of information. All of the office staff and ambassadors were really great to work with. When we decided on a spec home our experience got even better. We were introduced to Seth, our construction manager who also answered our trillion questions with unending patience. The entire team kept us in the loop as they finished building our home. We were definitely WOWED when we saw the finished product. There were very few issues during our initial walk-through and again during our 1 month review, but all were handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with the quality of our home and the responsiveness to any of our concerns regarding any minor issues we have dealt with so far.

We have nothing but praise for the entire Shea team. Mike, Debbie, Joel and Mark took excellent care of us during the buy/build process. They are still actively supporting us as we complete our move in. We love our house - quality is important and the care taken to build our home is evident. Thank you for such a positive experience.

From our first meeting to post closing it has been a very smooth process. In the beginning we were just looking and we were not sure of our timeline. There was no pressure. When we were ready was up to us. Once we pulled the trigger everything moved quickly and flawlessly. The home is beautiful and we love it! It is so beautiful my sister just bought a house from Shea!
