We have complete confidence in Shea Homes to build and stand behind a quality home. We are very pleased with our overall experience and the professionalism of their entire staff from the Sales Office to the Project Manager to the Mortgage to the after sales customer service.

Wickenburg Ranch is our 4th Trilogy and it is the best! Customer service is great, especially the move-in day amenities (including a beautiful Tiffany bowl!) Not having to search for paper towels, hand soap, etc. made the first days of unpacking much easier. Also, restaurant is excellent for both food and service. Overall, this is a great community.

Our home is perfect for us in every way. Our community is just as amazing as our home! And the people, from the salesperson, to our field manager, to every single trades person we met, were all professional, communicated well and followed through on every promise. The move-in was the best we've had (moved into three new homes prior to this one). Attention to detail was excellent. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the A/C, the hood cover over the stove, and the Wi-Fi. However, items like that are to be expected to some extent with a new build, and they were fixed quickly and well.

The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

This is the third home I've had built and Shea Homes/Trilogy has, by far, been the best home builder I've worked with. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been superb. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed.

Generally, our experience was very good. We did have a problem with one of our air conditioners however, within a reasonable period of time, it was completely replaced our seller, Laura and warranty Specialist Neal Were in communication with us during the process and saw Us through the problem being resolved.

We are genuinly excited about the quality and high level tech in our new home. Everything turned out great. We would like to see a little better response time on some of the items we need taken care of still. Overall happy with Shea

Overall a great experience. The team was generally responsive and accommodating. One of the trades cost us an additional $2K because of a lack of communication, but that's a trade, not Shea directly. If we were to build another home from scratch again, I would use Shea as we feel the build quality and materials used are very good.

Every person in every position throughout the process have been soo helpful and very friendly. We have created friends thru this process!! They are very responsive!

The sales representative (Mike) and construction supervisor (Alexis) where excellent at keeping us informed during the construction of the house.

Going through the “lottery” experience was quite new, exciting, even though it took 3 tries. I almost dropped out of the running. But now I’m in a lovely home just right for me. I trusted Trilogy since I chose a home that didn’t have a model available to walk through. My mortgage company worked well with Trilogy. Only comment the upgraded “Shea” shower could be more solid and outside the air conditioning unit of my neighbor is right out my patio door. However I do love all my upgrades.

Sales staff outstanding. Communications great. process they use for sub trades is great. Very ridgit with trades where by no changes can be made once customer has signed off on plans. should have some flexibility. extreme focus on quality whereby no issues to fix post closing. we would buy again from Shea
