Follow up warranty work is poor. No consistency in what is shown in models and what is actually done. EVERYONE here is unhappy with their home and all they do is complain to each other about Shea.

I moved in 10 weeks ago. I was disappointed the way my home looked in the walk thru. I understand there will always be issues. Will walking thru my walk thru I noticed I had no hardware on my upgraded cabinets. Now for 10 weeks I am opening all cabinets with no hardware in my home and I am ruining my cabinets pulling them open uneven. I have given shea a reasonable time to install my hardware for cabinets.. My patients has wore thin. Now some of my drawers are making noise when I pull them out and the wood is gouged on some drawers. I hold shea responsible and will hold shea to correct all problems with my drawers. We move to shea to be happy. It’s been 3 month since closing and we are still waiting on some things to get fixed. Painters specifically never show up between the time period they tell you to wait.

Dishonest sales office and supervisor. Lied about available floor plans in order to up sell. Lied about reasons for extensive delays and failed to take responsibility, simply blaming others for mistakes and problems. Disrespected me as a client. Failed to acknowledge my extreme disappointment with the entire home buying experience.

House was not ready during our walk thru. People weee still working and cleaners were there too. Missing shower doors, bad workmanship, lots to be fixed
