We are so pleased with the quality of our home and the responsiveness to any of our concerns regarding any minor issues we have dealt with so far.

We had a wonderful experience from our very first interaction with Sara our customer sales rep, the Design Team, and working with our Field Manager Brad throughout the build process. The Shea team did a great job keeping us updated each week of the process. We love the neighborhood Shea has built and all the amenities to enjoy.

Brad (site manager( Dan (warrantee specialist ) and Sonja Shea rep were all very responsive on Teams site, answered all questions, were encouraging with responses. great experience

I’m so impressed with the Trilogy team that I have dealt with since October 2020! Many many thanks to Courtney, Sonny, Katie and Melissa, and Larry from Shea Mortgage. I hope I’m not leaving anyone out. I found this team to be professional, courteous and very helpful, especially with the modifications needed during the pandemic. I was living on the West coast and had to complete all my design choices virtually. Courtney answered a ‘thousand’ questions from me and acquired additional pictures of the samples to help me make these decisions without being at the design center. When I walked into my new home in August and saw everything for the first time, I was thrilled with how well everything turned out! This review would not be complete without extending my immense gratitude to Sonny – the field manager who oversaw the building of my new home – and continues to provide support. No matter how busy Sonny is, he displays a never-ending smile, willingly listens, answers questions, and shares his expertise and knowledge. His outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed; he always does what he says he’s going to do and follows up if there are delays or changes. I am truly appreciative of Sonny’s genuine dedication and concern to make this entire process as smooth as possible and minimize any undue postponements or glitches. His attention to detail is unmatched. Sonny, you have a winner’s attitude, and I appreciate the fact that you take your customers seriously and have the patience to teach an inexperienced single-family homeowner some of the unfamiliar tasks, such as the irrigation system and the workings of GFCI when my clothes dryer lost power. Shea builders do an incredible job from start to finish. They made the process of building my home seamless. I was fully informed at the onset and was set up with an app to stay in constant communication with the Field Manager, who responded quickly to all concerns. I highly recommend Shea builders to build your dream home. You won’t be disappointed.

House was delivered on time as stated several months prior. We were sent pictures and updates of the progress. Had virtual meetings with design teams and two on-site walkthroughs, as we lived hundreds of miles away at the time. There were a couple of issues when we moved in, but Shea took care of them right away. We love our new home and the location.

The quality. Also, standard items such as 5” baseboards and other builders has that as an upgrade. The Twin Mills Club was the real sell for us as it is a place we will use a lot. From the pools, amphitheater, restaurant, demonstration kitchen, etc. love love love it. And the Freedom Boat Club is the icing on the cake.

There is a lot of modular design in the frame of the house so the walls are straight and true. The result is better fitting doors and windows and tighter house. Quality of the finishing details was excellent.

Everyone was very courteous and respectful.

Good, well constructed home. Great facilities (fitness center, boating, tennis etc. Lot's of stuff to do.

Great people to work with throughout the process. We are enjoying our new home.

Open communication via Teams during the process

The experience of building at Trilogy has far exceeded my my expectations. Projected build times were accurate and the Build Manager (Brad) is very responsive and always looks for a solution vs just telling me “no” on requests. I’d recommend (and have) a Trilogy Lake Norman build to anyone looking for a great place to retire/live.

I recently purchased a spec home, and I’m loving it! My sales person was amazing as was my Shea mortgage contact. Would definitely purchase another home from Shea!

The entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the sales representative to the construction manager, to the warranty team. Everyone was professional and responsive to our needs. Keep up the good work!

Overall excellent experience. Our site manager (Billy) was outstanding in communication and keeping us informed on progress. Very pleased with workmanship. Our only complaints related to the planning process with regard to finishes. We would have preferred more customization capability, rather than being limited to “packages” of upgrades. And dealing with the various “designers”, who at the end of the day were really little more than administrative staff, was extremely cumbersome and at times frustrating. And indeed, at the end of the day there were a good number of upgrades that we ordered which never made it to the building team’s specifications, causing a lot of extra work on our part doing these separately after closing. But all in all we would still call it a positive experience and Shea generally appears to be a very well organized and honest company providing a high quality product and experience. ... More

Communication with the builder was excellent. Responsiveness was very good. Quality of construction is very good compared to other national builders, there were several workmanship issues related to rippled facia on the outside of the house that become a nuisance eyesore as well as gaps in the roof of the covered porch. The biggest issue to date, 3 months post closing are multiple power failures. I cannot recommend this particular Shea site if the local power infrastructure cannot handle the growth in the area. This must get resolved with the power company as it will force more expense for generators to protect the customers home. ... More
