Worst customer experience of 4 houses we have built

Not re-typing the entire review, but suffice it to say that the experience from beginning to end was sub par at best. Several options misrepresented in sales process, poor trade quality (framing, electrical, drywall and paint, etc.), inability to meet timeline and over priced for what was delivered. Submitted very detailed feedback with examples and recommendations for improvement with no response.

Buying an existing model home

Because this review is going on a public website, I am limiting the review to a summary statement. Overall, the buying experience was poor, which is a shame because as the home buying market shifts and there are fewer buyers, customer service will be the key to future sales.

Grueling experience

The trades don't care and Shea has no control over them. Fit and finish is terrible. Took 30 days after closing to move in due to plumbing issues. Entire house had to be re-plumbed. Still waiting on fixes almost 3 months later. Love the community, builder not so much.
