New home is everything I knew it would be!!!

From the purchase of my home to the settlement the process was excellent except that we were delayed due to the COVID Pandemic. The building of the home was beyond expectations and the Manager Courtlin kept us informed of the progress of the build the entire time and the care to make sure that our home was up to our expectations and he did such a great job. Shea Homes is lucky to have him.

Wickenburg Ranch is our 4th Trilogy and it is the best! Customer service is great, especially the move-in day amenities (including a beautiful Tiffany bowl!) Not having to search for paper towels, hand soap, etc. made the first days of unpacking much easier. Also, restaurant is excellent for both food and service. Overall, this is a great community.

The people at Barcelona are AMAZING! They make or break a company...Kyle, Matt, Jesus, Paul, Mariel, and of course Vicki have made my home purchase at Barcelona a wonderful experience. During the home buying process my wife passed away. If it weren't for the people at Shea Barcelona, I don't know if I could have made it through. They are a terrific group of people who care deeply about their customers. All I can say is, THANK YOU!

I am raving about the whole Shea experience. Theresa is fantastic and responds immediately to issues. I highly suggest buying a Shea home as the customer service over all is awesome. If I didn't have a great job, this would be a company I would consider working with.

The quick response to any trouble that can arise. Although until now only I have minor problem, but it was solved very quickly.

Shea is progressive in building and technology. The crews worked on a very orderly timeframe. Our home was completed ahead of schedule, which is very rare.

Our builder rep kept us informed and up to date even during the pandemic as our home progressed. He sent us pictures when we couldn’t come in and brought us in when possible. The experience in selecting amenities was pleasant and sufficient time was allowed for us to consider our selections and to make changes as we desired. The walkthrough was complete and any observed deficiencies were taken care of in short order. Anything missed at that time was corrected at the one month review.

They delivered on time even during COVID-19. Everything was as I had expected as far as the upgrades, the quality of the workmanship, and the customer services.

Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... More

The whole process (build to move in) has been outstanding. The Shea staff as well as the builders have provided my wife and I superb customer service and support during the last several months. We are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship that has gone into the construction of our home. We love the layout of the house, our awesome backyard view, as well as the great neighbors that live around us. Thank you Shea!

Our overall home purchase experience with Shea Homes Encanterra at Queen Creek was excellent! Amber did an outstanding job from the beginning of our engagement with Encanterra Queen Creek, during the process, all the way to our escrow closing. The Design Team did a very thorough job of presenting the options for our home. Our Project Manager, Antonio, did a professional and thorough explanation during our construction progress visits. The escrow closing team was thorough, timely, and a great no-surprises experience. We closed on time. There were several minor maintenance issues with our home, but Matt has been extremely responsive. The issues were addressed right away without any problems. Overall, a wonderful experience! Solid well built house. With options we selected, love the finish out. Melba (sales) and Mike (project manager) have been very helpful and responsive. We've been in 2 months and looks all warranty issues are being addressed promptly. My only complaint is the price you charge for some of the upgrades, Example - we were quoted $2,300 to put in an EV outlet. I have a quote for $400 by a 3rd party electrician. Another example - we paid $7,000 for back yard landscaping Ended up with a few rocks, drip irrigation, and a half dozen small plants scattered around haphazardly. That's a joke. Now paying an additional fee to have the whole thing redone. Please tell future customers to just do it on their own and get something of value for 7K instead of the garbage Shea put in the ground. ... More

It has been over 30 years since I have purchased a new home and I was very impressed with the customer service throughout the process.; from the sales representative, Charmaine, to the Shea finance group. Everyone was so responsive to my inquiries; regardless how silly some of my questions may have been. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was a very good experience

The move-in was the best we've had (moved into three new homes prior to this one). Attention to detail was excellent. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the A/C, the hood cover over the stove, and the Wi-Fi. However, items like that are to be expected to some extent with a new build, and they were fixed quickly and well.
