Lovely property rugged quiet and peaceful

They delivered on time even during COVID-19. Everything was as I had expected as far as the upgrades, the quality of the workmanship, and the customer services.

Our home is perfect for us in every way. Our community is just as amazing as our home! And the people, from the salesperson, to our field manager, to every single trades person we met, were all professional, communicated well and followed through on every promise. Be patient all issues will be corrected in a timely manner.

Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... More

The whole process (build to move in) has been outstanding. The Shea staff as well as the builders have provided my wife and I superb customer service and support during the last several months. We are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship that has gone into the construction of our home. We love the layout of the house, our awesome backyard view, as well as the great neighbors that live around us. Thank you Shea!

The move-in was the best we've had (moved into three new homes prior to this one). Attention to detail was excellent. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the A/C, the hood cover over the stove, and the Wi-Fi. However, items like that are to be expected to some extent with a new build, and they were fixed quickly and well.

The quality and workmanship is outstanding. my only complaint is the cabinets. The kitchen cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall., not what we'er used to. the bathroom cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall and the bath cabinet drawers aren't deep enough vertically. I could stand my Gillette foamy can upright in the drawer at her former house I can't here I have to lay it down. I tried to install a metal rack in the cabinet to solve that problem but the rack wouldn't fit. It was too long by about an inch and a half so I'll be returning the rack to the store. The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

I looked at several Triolgy Valor homes and fell in love with the Sojourn model with the large RV garage. I chose Trilogy for the 55 and over community and activities it offered for a healthier life style. And so far I have not been disappointed! The buying process was fairly easy as lots of brochures and personnel were available to ask questions.

Great build quality. Responsive management. Excellent warranty program

This is the third home I've had built and Shea Homes/Trilogy has, by far, been the best home builder I've worked with. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been superb. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed.

The whole experience from purchasing, moving in, and responsiveness were outstanding. The house is very expensive for the square footage. But I think Shea Homes could improve in options 1: option for electric stove top 2: water spigots in back of home 3: patio should be wider (Latitude Model) 4: put a light in the pantry 5: a hot water circulating pump should be standard. Current set up wastes too much water in kitchen before one gets hot water

Sales Rep Bryanne was great. She was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helped us with a design option change. We sincerely appreciated your company honoring a customer’s request for changes.

Generally, our experience was very good. We did have a problem with one of our air conditioners however, within a reasonable period of time, it was completely replaced our seller, Laura and warranty Specialist Neal Were in communication with us during the process and saw Us through the problem being resolved.

We are genuinly excited about the quality and high level tech in our new home. Everything turned out great. We would like to see a little better response time on some of the items we need taken care of still. Overall happy with Shea
