HOA is way too expensive.

Shea Homes delivers a quality product in the proposed timeline of completion. The entire crew was courteous and attentive to include me in the entire process.

The responsiveness from the team that we dealt with Lisa/Debbie/Armando/Mark has been excellent. Shea has a very well thought out sales and construction process and it’s by far the best we have experienced. We are now in the warranty process and dealing with Mark on getting a few minor items addressed. Hope that process goes as well as our experience so far with the sales process

The experience from start to finish was seamless. Every person I dealt with was friendly, kind and helpful. Compared to other homes I've owned the quality is excellent. Every new build will have issues and what I experienced was minimal. All problems were addressed timely.

A pleasant and easy process. Very responsive to issues.

As with any new construction you will have and find minor flaws. No major issues thus far. I'm very pleased with the warranty office in their quick and timely responses when I submit work orders. All trades, other than one, have been great to work with. One trade was a no show on a scheduled appointment where we had to wait all day to see if someone would show up after the scheduled time. No phone call or message to us to cancel or let us know they were not showing up. Follow up appointment took several weeks to schedule, so we will see if they show up for this one. All other issues have been addressed and/or being worked on. Our warranty specialist has been great to work with and does an excellent job with communicating with us for updates. All employees have been awesome from start to finish and kept us informed along with way. Sales office personnel were very polite and helpful and addressed any concern or question we had right up to the move in date. Customer Service Rep was very responsive to schedule. However, arranging sub-contractors for corrections was not timely. Memberships orientation at our club was impossible to schedule. Under staffing issues lack the ability to work better hours to service new members.

The homes are lovely and clearly designed with seniors in mind. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen. Every lower cabinet has pull-out trays and all drawers are soft-close. The floor plans are well thought-out. Our only complaint is that there has been no follow-through on some of the items that had to be addressed after close of escrow. The biggest one involved our kitchen island. There are prominent buff marks along the edges where some of the workmen put down their tools and scratched the surface. Someone went in to buff out the scratches, but those buff marks are numerous and prominent. Other than people taking photos of the damage, nothing has been done to fix it. ... More

The builder exhibits Quality construction.

The one in charge of the project was awesome! He was so responsive and took interest in our concerns. His name started with an A since I am not supposed to give out names and we are on Solera Street.

The painting job is really bad, lots of errors and missed areas, paint spatter all over cabinets and floors.

Ever detail was taken care of to our satisfaction

Great experience- people are responsive and communicate effectively.

All I can review is my experience-but it has been amazing. Love my home .

Again the staff in all areas were very personable and helpful. They treat you like extended family. They answer all your questions promptly. They guide you through the process very efficiently and easily. Great overall experience.

I Love my Shea home!

Nicely laid out home plan. We were kept informed of progress along the way. Consistently good workmanship and materials, with minor issues found during and after our close process. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

I appreciate that Shea intentionally provides support throughout the sales, design construction and settling in process. They have an excellent team, including other home owners that are attentive and caring each step of the way. It’s not just a home, it’s a community.

My house had very few issues. The products used were very nice and delivered using a very efficient process in spite of the COVID restrictions. I did point out to the right people an issue with the wrong door. They should have listened, I even sent an email on it but it was not corrected until after delivery, making a lot more work to correct. That was unfortunate and irritating.

Shea has a quality team and produces their homes on time. Selections are limited with some choices being very dated in style. Overall a good experience based on the other large builders we have been involved with.

We love our new smart home ,Coming off of acreage its a little to get used to but we will. We love the area, were close to family,Shoping is very close, So many places to venture out to see.Love the weather.The only negative is I think the HOA is a little to much, To intrusive,to restrictive,But here again well get there.All in all its great.for us at our age it was a good move.

Most all good When issues came up and still do it’s on my time and not yours We had other delays complicating our vendor to do what they do because of no one available on site for a couple days to fix their issue and lost a week or two because of rescheduling I have used multiple vacation days waiting and or waiting in big timeline set by your subs Mostly a four hour window given to us And no shows by one sub and had to reschedule again with a timeline window set by the sub We have one issue pending on a part and don’t have any idea when it is supposed to be done nor did they leave any information about who to contact Guess being in construction myself I would have to say it’s not service some of the subs are about you have used More of make the customer wait till they get around to it or note items again to see if it gets fixed Shea has been great to work with and do what they can Other items and home are great ... Its been a great experience. Having the walk thru was great and everything was thoroughly explained.
