We built two other homes in the past and this was a superior experience. Shea communicated often. They answered all our questions. The people have all been responsive and helpful.

Very friendly, professional & knowledgable. The Wickenburg Ranch team exceeded my expectations each step of the way. I received a warm friendly welcome from the moment I was greeted at the gate, viewed the new model homes, & toured the impressive golf community via golf cart. The Ranch community is active, fun & social though set in an expansive area for each home to be enjoyed as a private oasis. The sales team was never pushy and continually placed my best interest as their objective. They truly receive my gold star rating for knowledge, communication & friendly attitude. The new home purchase incentives are an exceptional compliment to the high standard & quality of each home construction & design. The Wickenburg Ranch team created a very special atmosphere for my "key day" with housewarming gifts & banner, team members on site to congratulate me while received ownership of my new home The excellent new home owner experience continues after receiving my keys, as the White Glove service & Warranty team & HOA staff are thorough and always available to for appointments & questions. We just got through our one month review. We had some minor concerns which we explained to our warranty specialist. He followed up a couple of days later with appointments to have the appropriate service techs come out to the home. The techs fixed our issues. The warranty team at Shea is top notch. Thank you both for your support, Allen and Richard.

Our home buying experience with Shea was outstanding from start to finish! We were interested in their spec homes and Frank reviewed the various models with us numerous times. He was an unending treasure trove of information. All of the office staff and ambassadors were really great to work with. When we decided on a spec home our experience got even better. We were introduced to Seth, our construction manager who also answered our trillion questions with unending patience. The entire team kept us in the loop as they finished building our home. We were definitely WOWED when we saw the finished product. There were very few issues during our initial walk-through and again during our 1 month review, but all were handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with the quality of our home and the responsiveness to any of our concerns regarding any minor issues we have dealt with so far.

We have nothing but praise for the entire Shea team. Mike, Debbie, Joel and Mark took excellent care of us during the buy/build process. They are still actively supporting us as we complete our move in. We love our house - quality is important and the care taken to build our home is evident. Thank you for such a positive experience.

From our first meeting to post closing it has been a very smooth process. In the beginning we were just looking and we were not sure of our timeline. There was no pressure. When we were ready was up to us. Once we pulled the trigger everything moved quickly and flawlessly. The home is beautiful and we love it! It is so beautiful my sister just bought a house from Shea!

Workmanship very good, only small issues with new home that are addressed in reasonable timeframe! Regularly conducted inspections help to uncover and resolve any issues.

From our first visit in 2023, to our move-in this past February we have found this home design and buying experience to be superior overall.

We had a wonderful experience from our very first interaction with Sara our customer sales rep, the Design Team, and working with our Field Manager Brad throughout the build process. The Shea team did a great job keeping us updated each week of the process. We love the neighborhood Shea has built and all the amenities to enjoy.

We love our new Shea home. The house was completed on the date promised. During the construction, we were notified of each major step as well as pictures of each stage of building. Issues that came up during the walk through were addressed immediately. Great communication and great people to work with. We could not be happier.

I was shown all the options that were included with my purchase. It was a comfortable purchase and any questions I had were answered promptly.

Cannot say enough good things about Ryan. He was fantastic throughout the build process by keeping us updated and setting realistic expectations. We really felt like we had someone looking out for us! Jen has kind of taken over the mantle now that we are living in our home and early indications she will be just as responsive. They are both great representatives for Shea who have and will continue to personalize the process.

All personnel respond to all my issues in a timely manner.

Beautiful home, finished ahead of schedule, great buying experience

The punchlist walk thru and final acceptance of home was exceptional. Items noted in our punchlist walk were all thoroughly addressed.

Working with Shea on this build was great. Obviously a lot of moving parts and decisions to be made. We felt supported the entire way and the professionalism demonstrated by all involved provided confidence and comfort. Many thanks to Kara, Bryan, Theresa, Steve and all others behind the scenes. We really appreciate your help and support along the way.

We have been delighted with the Shea experience. Our sales representative,Matt is the most honorable, thorough and responsive person we have ever experienced. Shea makes the home building process seamless with no stress.

This is my first time building a home in a new location. It will be a main residence soon. From start to finish, Shea was wonderful. Kara in sales office called us about a lot, set us up with the design and build team, and answered all questions honestly and quickly. Jason, the GC for the build, kept me informed, sent progress photos, and held my hand the entire way through. What could’ve been very stressful became very simple.

Quality employees are the best part.
