Our salesperson, Kelly was fantastic. She was very responsive and understanding of our needs. The home building process was coordinated by Roy, Guy, and Jon. Our interactions with these men throughout the build was beyond fantastic. They answered any and all of our questions, in layman terms, which we could understand. They built our home like it was their own. After the close of escrow, Mike, our Shea Warranty representative has been wonderful. He's responsive and efficient.

Our salesperson and construction manager were excellent in every aspect of the process and in addressing issues that arose.

The purchase, building, and follow-up on our new home was a pleasurable experience. We loved the process and love it here as well.

My experience was stellar. While there were a few hiccups because of weather, supply and labor shortages, I was kept informed every step and given updated timelines. Building materials seem solid. The array of interior upgrade options (flooring, cabinets, etc.) rocked. Overall, very satisfied.

Was a terrific experience, Tammy at sales office was such a pleasure to work with. Dan the warranty officer has been very helpful and attentive. Facilities and staff at Club and pool are great.

Great workmanship and Warranty follow up is first class. Thanks James and Daniel. We are very pleased. This is our seventh or eight build and our best.

Our homebuilding experience was great! They kept us informed and was very prompt with any responses to our concerns! The quality of craftsmanship of the build is hands down the best we have ever experienced! The attention to detail and quality of work is top tier! I would build 3 more homes with Shea!

I had a wonderful experience in buying my Shea home. I met with Dan and he showed me the model homes and explained the differences. I wanted no steps and was assured that there was a model with no steps. We drove around and I chose a lot based on the information Dan gave me. I had been looking for over a year before I found Trilogy. Mike sent me weekly updates once building started. The trip to Sight and Sound and the design center was wonderful. With their guidance and my budget in mind, I was able to choose communication and finishes. The bottom line I love the house. Buying a Shea home has been a wonderful experience. Everyone involved has been professional and very helpful.

Extremely impressed with the multiple inspections done by Shea prior to our taking possession. The management at Shea did the final inspections! The top management comes out to make sure all the upgrades are completed and the quality is up to their specifications. We’re impressed! We were also kept informed throughout every level of construction during the build by our liaison Rudy. He was always available and answered all our questions. He guided us through the build and we had confidence in his experience!! He created a pleasurable experience which doesn’t always happen when building a home.it was completed in seven months which i think is very good in a post pandemic environment. Then Shea takes it to the next level after we took possession to do a check at one month and then again at five months after we took possession!! They will also do a one year warranty walk through too I’m told. They keep communications open to correct any situation that come up. Our satisfaction has been their priority from day one! Brad (site manager( Dan (warrantee specialist ) and Sonja Shea rep were all very responsive on Teams site, answered all questions, were encouraging with responses. great experience

We visited the area when there were barely any homes and the models had just opened and decided it was the place for us. We did the build "Long Distance" from Washington State and didn't actually see our new home until we did the walkthrough. They did a great job and have been diligent at resolving the small discrepancies that can happen at any new construction. We feel that the whole experience vastly exceeded our expectations!

Very happy with the entire experience. Tarry in Sales helped us find the perfect lot and Debbie in the Design Center helped us select finishes that we love even more now that we have moved in. Our construction manager Ryan was awesome to work with from start to finish and kept us updated on progress weekly. Richard has been very helpful with our minor issues after moving in. We absolutely love our new house and our new neighbors. Its a great community to be a part of.

The Trilogy lifestyle and community is all I hoped it would be, and more. I am happy to be here!

The sales representative was transparent, knowledgeable and most professional. From the beginning of the process to the end, the experience was indeed a pleasure.

Let me start by saying that this is the third new construction home I have purchased from a National homebuilder. I can tell you that there were things that went wrong along the way, but buying from a family owned private homebuilder makes all the difference in the world. The people are trustworthy, the company cares and they make things right if things go wrong. That and the neighbors and the friendships in this community are unlike anything you are going to find anywhere else. I would live in a tent to be around these people. Shea did a good job of including me in the building process from the very beginning. They kept me informed about each step and encouraged me to stop by and see what was happening so they could explain why they were doing what they were. They were an open book. I didn't have to hound them for information. If I had questions they were quick to answer them. The team I worked with was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the people involved in the building of my home.

I have purchased homes before and had huge punch lists. Didn't have hardly any thing to fix. The quality, attention to detail, the finishing touches were all amazing. Working with every one was just as amazing. My real estate agent, Misti, I would not have gotten the house without her. The builder supervisor, David Burns, was equally outstanding. Kept me up to date on the process and every time I needed him, or had a question, he was there. Sometimes immediately. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home.

Unfortunately it took 19 months for home to be completed for a variety of reasons some avoidable and some unavoidable delays. The field personnel at Shea are customer focused, knowledgeable , and competent. Sales staff not so great. Completed home is actually very high quality.

We love our new Shea home and the communication has been outstanding with everyone. All repairs have been handled quickly and we have no complaints. We would recommend anyone wanting a new home to consider Shea. A+ service and quality.
