When we were considering building a home in Wickenburg, AZ while we were still living in Washington, DC, I initially thought it was impossible. But working with the builder and dealing directly and frequently with the construction manager was a wonderful experience. We were sent photos of the progress and were informed well in advance when it was time to come to Arizona to do a walk through or pick the specific slabs of stone for our countertops. From day one we were kept up to date on the build. Our design center appointment was fantastic and the representative really helped us with out interior selections. Love our cabinets, floors and all appointments. We couldn't have done it this well without her help. Our delivery with Joe was great, very few items that were fixed immediately and were done when we took possession. Two minor items we found after move in were addressed at the one month review. Michael was our construction supervisor and he kept us updated along the way. Did a great job. Over the years have purchased 8 new homes, this is the best one yet! ... More
