It is very difficult to find a quality built home of 2000 square feet or more in California for under $750,000 but here at Rice Ranch, in a wonderful community, at home with nature we have found just that.

Overall quality for a track home was excellent!

The quality. Also, standard items such as 5” baseboards and other builders has that as an upgrade. The Twin Mills Club was the real sell for us as it is a place we will use a lot. From the pools, amphitheater, restaurant, demonstration kitchen, etc. love love love it. And the Freedom Boat Club is the icing on the cake.

The sales, project management and customer care teams do a great job of making sure we're informed and in listening to and responding to our concerns.

The care and concern throughout the team layers. Each took the time to listen and understand our needs from the start of the process to our one month review. Even though the whole team is exceptional... Steve S. has truly made the Shea experience one that we will never forget. He really goes the extra mile for his customers. Thanks again !

The pool at Shea Barcelona is too small. If it were 8-10 feet longer and maybe 1/2 foot deeper, it could be adequate. It must be the smallest pool in Calif. Security must be improved! Please finish those gates. Leave them open during daytime construction, but we do not feel as secure as we would like at night. Having raised these issues, you have nevertheless built a wonderful community and we very much look forward to spending our golden years there.

This is my second home purchase with Shea. They build a quality home and stand behind their product.

My house was move in ready and could not have added another upgrade to make it perfect. Love the open space, the view and most importantly the quality in a Shea home.

Excellent experience! I ultimately bought my Shea home the virtual way! COVID-19 has changed many things for us all. After searching different Arizona areas and houses on line, I determined the Wickenburg Ranch development was a good fit. I love the terrain, the hills and mountains, the openness was extremely appealing! Gave me a sense of freedom.! Fortunately when I made contact with Shea homes for “move-in”ready homes, I was connected to Ted. Ted is a terrific person to work with. He conducted virtual tours multiple times on several homes of interest. I have to admit I procrastinated and missed opportunities. A few months later, I contacted Ted again and he helped me find a lovely home. Ted is an excellent resource and very patient. TaDa... .. I own a Shea home!! It is well built with modern design features and style! First time I actually saw my home was just before closing! My trust in Shea builders was on target! Thus far no problems or disappointments! We appreciated the friendliness of everyone we have had contact with, and we were impressed by the timeline from start to finish. Even with COVID, weather issues, and a fire in the area that shut down all construction, the timeline was just one week off of the projected completion date. The home is beautiful, we love it!

There is a lot of modular design in the frame of the house so the walls are straight and true. The result is better fitting doors and windows and tighter house. Quality of the finishing details was excellent.

Our experience with Shea has been very positive, from identifying the community, spending time talking with the design, build, sales and support members who gave us comprehensive information. The homes are high quality with plenty of upgrade options available. The location of our Trilogy location is fantastic: close to shopping, medical and services needed. Plus it’s close to highway arteries that make transit easy.

It was the easiest experience one could ask for. The staff was helpful from beginning to end. Actually, they are still hopeful even after the build was finished. Very friendly.

The sales staff, Aimee in particular, was outstanding in their responsiveness and knowledge of the home, the design and the materials/finishes. The lot location is just what we wanted. Our primary difficulty in this purchase was dealing with the policies of Shea Mortgage. NOT the staff, they were really good at working with us. But taking several months to finalize the mortgage qualification process in our particular case was ridiculous. Especially in light of the fact we could easily of paid cash. But, it seems all of those "Hoops" were necessary for them to be able to immediately sell our mortgage after closing. To run the customer ragged as happened was really unnecessary. Had there not been an $8,000 incentive attached to obtaining the mortgage through Shea, I would have gone with my local lender and had it done in 30 days without the added stress and work required of me in providing documentation upon documentation. All that said, we love being a homeowner at Encanterra and look forward to many years of retirement living. ... More

The building was carried on in a friendly and professional manner all through the process. We’re very pleased with the finished product and the follow-up is excellent.

The process of buying my dream-home was effortless and exciting. I had some challenges with the buyer of the home I was selling and Shea Team bent-over backwards to accommodate me. High-five Shea!!!

We are beyond pleased with our new home experience with Shea builders- Encanterra. Building a new home across the country is beyond challenging but during a pandemic was unimaginable. Our team was amazing keeping us informed with pictures,emails,texts,and virtual contact . When we finally were able to see our new home in person we were so excited and extremely impressed with the workmanship and quality of our new Shea home.

The Shea team, from their sales staff to their construction crews and quality control people, following the move-in have provided us a good experience. In the middle of our purchase, the pandemic hit, and there were some delays; however, we were pleased with how hard the Shea group worked to meet their deadlines and give us their professional treatment every step of the way from construction to the move-in.

The experience was exceptional. We have purchased several new homes and this was the best experience
