Our home buying experience with Shea was outstanding from start to finish! We were interested in their spec homes and Frank reviewed the various models with us numerous times. He was an unending treasure trove of information. All of the office staff and ambassadors were really great to work with. When we decided on a spec home our experience got even better. We were introduced to Seth, our construction manager who also answered our trillion questions with unending patience. The entire team kept us in the loop as they finished building our home. We were definitely WOWED when we saw the finished product. There were very few issues during our initial walk-through and again during our 1 month review, but all were handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction. Workmanship very good, only small issues with new home that are addressed in reasonable timeframe! Regularly conducted inspections help to uncover and resolve any issues.

From the purchase of my home to the settlement the process was excellent except that we were delayed due to the COVID Pandemic. The building of the home was beyond expectations and the Manager Courtlin kept us informed of the progress of the build the entire time and the care to make sure that our home was up to our expectations and he did such a great job. Shea Homes is lucky to have him.

From the moment we walked into the sales office every one was great to work with, no pressure just a professional approach and giving us many good reasons to live in Triology. We knew this was the place for us and we are so happy we chose this wonderful community as our forever home.
