My experience with Shea Homes as a first time new home buyer went extremely well. Information was provided efficiently and all the staff is knowledgeable and available. Emails are responded to quickly and the home delivered on time. The quality is great and any need with the construction is timely solved. The people who have moved in around us are happy as well.

Shea Homes built our first home, and gave us an excellent experience throughout the home buying process. Sales staff was excellent and extremely knowledgeable, the construction process was well explained and generally well on schedule and updates throughout the process. We had a minor hiccup in the early phases of construction but it was resolved to our satisfaction and corrected quickly. The warranty service has been excellent thus far (~3 months into our home now!)

Seamless experience from start to finish with attention to detail.

This Is my 2nd Shea Home and the quality has been excellent. I work in the industry and the customer service is the best I’ve seen. Everyone stays on top of the whole process from the initial sale, through the construction walks, move-in, warranty etc. You can always reach someone and you always get a quick response and any problems are taken care of immediately. That is hard to find these days!

Great experience working with Sales and Construction team. Design center and Electrical appointments was also very pleasant. Shea Mortgage is very cooperative and made the whole closing experience a breeze. I am extremely happy with the entire home buying process through Shea. Modern elevation adds a very attractive look.

Our experience with Shea Homes has been outstanding. From the initial process of selecting options with Josh, our sales representative, to the construction process with Jeremi, our construction manager, everyone at Shea has been terrific. Our construction manager was particularly great. He kept us informed of what was happening on site, and communicated with us at every step. He was also exceptional at keeping up with even the small details and was very responsive to our needs and wants. Building a home can be stressful, but Shea Homes made it much easier, particularly in our case as we were living over 250 miles away. My wife and I settled on Shea homes after vetting all available new builders in Littleton. Their house designs are simple, stylish and very well laid out. Sandwiched between state parks and chatfield lake, the location of solstice neighborhood is one of a kind. Their personnel from sales team and construction managers were all very welcoming and responsive throughout the process. We can say enough good things about our experience with Shea.

When our project hit a delay she’s took care of all of our concerns and even gave us some incentives to cover the cost of the added temporary housing. What a great, honest, high quality company. From lot selection to taking possession our experience has been wonderful. We had a couple of hiccups but the accountability and dedication of the staff reinforced the excellence of Shea. Ryan and Brandon inspired confidence and showcased the diligent craft and trades for Shea homes. Jill has been wonderful and very responsive as we have recently completed our 1 month check in. We are very pleased.

The Shea team from start to finish was patient, polite, professional, and helpful. The sales people that we worked with helped answer a lot of questions until we felt comfortable making the decision to move forward. The design team helped us with decisions, they offered alternatives at our request and was our third-party check to make sure we were making cohesive design decisions. After shopping around, we opted to use Shea Mortgage as our lender. They made sure that we were always informed and had all the important information before and after making decisions. Shea homes was extraordinarily excellent in our home purchase experience from our very first tour to our close. They followed up thoroughly and truly cared about every step including helping us close on time, answering all questions promptly, and finally checking in or fixing any issues after we moved in. I was also very satisfied and happy with the overall build quality of our home as it was very obvious the best effort and quality of materials were used. They have gained my trust and endorsement for any future homes built.

The whole process, from purchasing to moving and warranty has been highly satisfactory. This company cares about the needs of its customers and makes a great effort to meet them. In my opinion they are professionals doing a very good job. Thanks!

All teams that we have worked with were amazing. Sales team kept us well informed of the progress. Construction team was very knowledgeable and were flexible in fixing any issues that we identified. The warranty team has been doing an awesome job of following up to ensure things are progressing as planned and all fixes are put in place immediately.

My home-buying experience with the people of Shea Homes was terrific. Everybody I met cared about me and continues to do so even after I purchased my home, especially Nissrin and Alfonso. However, I have one warning: if you are sensitive to noise, please spend enough time in or near your prospective home. Our home is too close to a corner for me, so I am bothered by car and truck acceleration noise. This is not a fault of Shea Homes since they have double glass windows and gas between the window pains to insulate the home from heat.
