This is the 3rd home we have built and this was by far the best experience!! The team kept us well informed on the status of the entire home build.

From start to finish the team at Shea Homes has been a delight to work with. They have made us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. We love our Shea Home more than we dreamed we would. The quality of the build is better than any home we've ever owned. Thank you Shea for a an experience that met and surpased our expectations.

From the moment we visited the project to the day we received the keys the Shea Team invited us in to our home building process. With so many steps along the way Shea followed their process to prepare for and finish steps along the way. As a buyer we have to trust and as a buyer we have to follow through on buyer’s responsibilities. When everyone is working together success is the outcome. Overall communication is vital and Shea does that very well. Comparing Shea projects with other projects it is almost not fair. Many builders try to keep buyers away from the process which results in many disappointments. We appreciate the time, energy & thoughtfulness Shea Staff invested along the way to creating our home. The build quality and workmanship is stellar. We are very happy with the new home. More than the house, the staff was humble, honest and very helpful. They guided me and answered every question I had without a slight hesitation. Special mention to Carmen from Ascent at Jorde Farms for the assistance and support she provided. She is the only reason we decided to go with the purchase despite our stretch in budget.

We had a great experience with our builder and the home buying process with Shea was so slick and smooth. They are responsive, attentive and their team will come out to help in any way, shape or form. In our house delivery day, we had the warranty team, and the builders with us, it was an experience like no other.

The process from start to finish was smooth I LOVE our new home !

From start to finish, Lynda and Paula took very good care of us, keeping us updated on the progress of our new home build. Brad also did a great job and explained any questions we had and then when Matthew took over he stepped up and did a great job as well. Shea has a great team and we were truly impressed by them all. Our new home is wonderful and we have had very few issues and those we did have were either already corrected or on a list to be corrected. Very happy and satisfied customers!

I would recommend Shea Homes any day. Compared to friends and family who have recently built with other builders in the area, our experience has been second to none. In every aspect I have felt respected and well-communicated with. They have truly gone above and beyond to make this home our dream home. And after we closed their customer service has been truly AMAZING!!! Our Superintendent sent at least two text updates a week with photos of our home. They answered my myriad of questions and made me feel involved with the process. 11/10 would recommend!!

I was so impressed when I saw Shea home and I told my wife this is it because I love the styles and size. I am happy we moved in already. Is a smart home quality and great value. The builder team is on point and accurate updating. Know what you want and go get it.

We had such a great experience with Shea! We absolutely love our house. Our sales agent Kris was so helpful throughout the process! All of the people we interacted with were friendly and made sure we were taken care of. We were nervous building during Covid, but our house was only delayed a couple months and the quality seems great. Would highly recommend a Shea home.

The homebuying experience with Shea was very easy. We had two fabulous sales people Paula and Lynda and they kept everything running smoothly and worked out all the complicated details. It’s mind boggling how intricate all those details are and I am so appreciative of Paula and Lynda that they kept everything in order during the whole process. Our two field managers Todd and Mathew oversaw all the details of the construction process and the house turned out beautifully. Melinda in the design show room was very helpful and patient with my decisions for all the details of the house and it paid off, the house looks beautiful. The Initial loan qualification process with Amy went very well, but when we had to update everything a year later that process was more tedious and complicated than I felt it needed to be. It became a arduous and expensive for us and we changed lenders at that time. The closing process was easy and the house presentation was very nice and thoughtful. The house was remarkably clean and perfectly ready for move-in. We had several scheduling issues with the subcontractor I wired but when Adreiel , Matt and Travis arrived they did a good job. We’ve had many issues with the pool and landscaping but those are slowly being worked out. We have been here 2 1/2 months and the house is working very smoothly. We love it. ... More

Shae homes are one of best, regarding the house to be delivered on time and the difference between the actual house and the model you have seen.

I have a background in construction and built our last house of 20 years with a dear friend. After looking at numerous model homes from various builders, it was obvious that Shea Homes knows how to construct a quality home with workmanship that was far beyond the competitors. I also noticed other builders luring you in with low base pricing, only to see 3 times the typical mark up on upgrades in the design centers. This isn't something we experienced with Shea. Mark ups were very reasonable on upgrades, quality of craftmanship was above par and customer service was outstanding. Even with all the supply/worker issues that Covid brought, Shea stood by the original move in date which was really surprising. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous my Superintendent Jason was and also how our customer service rep James handled everything in stride with a smile. You just don't see this level of support very often these days. It's been over 30 days since our move in date and things are going great. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Shea Homes. ...
