Very responsive to our issues!

Was absolutely the best. Shea's people were always interested in us first and became friends. The construction quality was beyond our wildest expectations. And the design and architecture help make it feel more like a home than just another house.

From day one, every person was professional and helpful. They listen and got answers to all of my questions. We purchased from out-of-state and received whatever we needed. Communication was excellent. The house is amazing! Any issues are addressed and ours have been minor. I highly recommend working with Shea Homes!

This is our second Shea home. We have built custom homes for ourselves in the past, but nothing beats the quality and workmanship of a Shea home. I also really appreciate how fast all the superintendents have responded to questions and concerns. They were simply great! Shea is the best!

They were always quick to resolve any issues while we going through the home building process. The Superintendent Mike K were always helpful to fix issues as well. Overall, I really love Shea homes. Jared Sully our field manager inherited us after a rather slow and lackluster start to the building process, our initial field manager wasn’t great. Too many mistakes and oversights. Jared was appointed to us a few months in by Scott Ray to handle the final build out. Jared was phenomenal! He got things on track and didn’t settle for mediocrity. He truly believes in doing things right and right on time. Hands down, Jared Sully is the reason for our trust in Shea Homes. He is truly an asset to Shea Homes.

Overall we are satisfied with the new home despite some minor issues, which were addressed during one month follow up. They are quite responsive to issues and repair requests.

My home buying experience with SheaHomes was great. Eric and Marci made sure that I am comfortable at each step. There was no aggressive selling or any kind of rush. Both Eric and Marci are very prompt in their communication. Eric has a wealth of experience working with SheaHomes and Marci is very thorough in all the paperwork. The closing experience was good too and after moving in, their customer service continues with the great experience we have had till now. From the moment I inquired about buying a Shea Home, the experience was amazing. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. They we're knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like what Shea offered over some of the other builders. Some of their options that other builders charge for were standard features for Shea. I really enjoyed working with the community rep, some of the design center reps, and the project manager. The excitement of having a new home built is so much fun and not having any issues made it that much more enjoyable. Any issues or concerns that were brought to their attention it was handled immediately and also confirmed that to me as the buyer.
