Shea has gone over the top to make their homes modern and great quality. Though we bought a spec home it had everything we could have dreamed, and the buying process was extremely smooth.

My wife and I have recently closed on a Shea Signature home in Scottsdale AZ. All of the Shea team members we have met have been spectacular. They are kind, patient, helpful and very quick to reply to a call, text or email. Throughout the entire process from the quote to the design to the follow up and visiting the site they have never let us down once. They are consummate professionals and who would gladly purchase again as well as recommend to our family and friends. As an engineer I was extremely detailed and curious about many details in the construction and the home. Since we closed I hired a plumber for some additional work such as a water filtration system in the garage for the whole house and other items. They have shared by their observation that the quality of the build and the logic of construction matters are both very up to date as well as to high standards. That was reassuring as I am not in the construction business. We love the quality fit and finish of the floors, walls, cabinets, counter tops, etc. no loose ends or sloppy work. The punch list was minor and negligible. We also received the house so spotless it was beyond expectations of clean. We love our beautiful new home. However- You cannot expect perfection and when a couple of minor issues surfaced with our new home- James our CS rep was on it. Bringing in trades ri make it right - right away. Our home is beautiful and we love it- everyone at Shea from sales to construction supervisors to customer service represent quality and responsiveness. We felt cared for and prioritized. It was a smooth process- everyone says building a house is stressful- not for us- it was fun and exciting with Shea!

Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect, there are so many steps and things needed it can be overwhelming at times. Shea Holmes and my Relator guided me through the whole process. Building the home was supper fast! Started the process in October moved in in March! Half the home (bones) was already built when we started in oct so it just needed to be customized. During the appointment to customize your home I would highly recommend writing down the names of the tiles and paint colors you pick out as I did not and was given the wrong kitchen backsplash. Since I signed off on the paperwork assuming i had trust that my choices were correct nothing had pictures of the tiles just names when I signed and I couldn’t change it once it was done now I’ll have to pay for it to be redone. So make sure you know the names to match them up when you sign your final. Other then that one issue the rest of my home buying experience was great and I would do it again. I love my home. ... More

Good streamline process and communication throughout the whole buying and building process

Shea makes the extra effort, whether it’s extra care in leveling walls, changing to a better AC Vendor midstream or providing upgraded door locks, thermostats and garage doors. They even bought and installed longer fan operation chains when I let them know during the walk-through that they were too short.

Solid build quality and workmanship. Quick response to issues. Super friendly reps and construction supervisors. Keep buyer informed regularly during construction phase.
