The move-in was the best we've had (moved into three new homes prior to this one). Attention to detail was excellent. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the A/C, the hood cover over the stove, and the Wi-Fi. However, items like that are to be expected to some extent with a new build, and they were fixed quickly and well.

The overall buying experience with SHEA was good, and the personel were very accommodating. However the quality of materials and workmanship need much improvement. Materials are appearing to be very cheap quality, and rushed installation, leaving gaps and crooked seams of many features. Dripping sounds of hot water lines, that I'm told are normal, should not be normal.

Sales was extraordinary making it possible to relocate from VA. Would have been impossible without Margie’s help. Mortgage lending was extremely supportive and innovative. Found a very creative mortgage that was ideal for us! Field mgr was awesome. Jason was a 12 on a 1-10 scale. I’ve built 6 new homes, Jason was by far the best. TLB landscaping is outstanding! Everyone in the process from sales to construction to the post-construction warranty checkup has been nothing short of excellent. As a business owner I know that’s quite a feat for any company. Wow! I highly recommend Shea to everyone.

We really liked that Shea had the different stage reviews, in the building process. Especially showing us the walls before closing with sheet rock. This helped in making decision's of where to place things on the walls. It would have been nice, if during the building process, we could have added solar and or if that had been an option. Especially here in Arizona. Otherwise, everything was great. And the superintendent Alexis was GREAT to work with.

Everything is great. Except the HOA.

We recently purchased in Trilogy Verde River. I honestly couldn’t think of a single thing they could have done more efficiently.

Everyone whom we worked with in the purchase of our home have been fantastic. Employees seem to really care and do their best to make sure you get the service requested or required.

Great experience all around! Home is beautiful and Design center was very flexible with cabinet layout. Lots of beautiful options! Realtor and builder sent weekly pics of progress and after move in, fast to fix anything that isn’t perfect.

Throughout the buying and building experience I was kept informed of progress and given realistic deadlines. Most of my issues have been with the appliances. In general the fit and finish are very good.

The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

Very friendly, professional & knowledgable. The Wickenburg Ranch team exceeded my expectations each step of the way. Shea used to be a premier builder. Not so much anymore. Some finish work is done sloppily. Shower drain slope is not done properly and main electrical box inside cover has major gaps . Wiring is so packed the cover is bulging down at bottom.

We just got through our one month review. We had some minor concerns which we explained to our warranty specialist. He followed up a couple of days later with appointments to have the appropriate service techs come out to the home. The techs fixed our issues. The warranty team at Shea is top notch. Thank you both for your support, Allen and Richard.

Laura is a rockstar! Love her! She made everything worth it! Eric did great job! Neil has also been great to work with! Stephanie...not a fan! She is horrible! We flew all the way there to work on Design and she was only willing to come in one day because she wasn't willing to come in the second day because she didn't want to put her make up on and get dressed and show up for us as we had showed up for her!! She worked with us a little bit more on the design process! I wasn't already in the middle of buying process. I would've walked out and went somewhere else because of her!

HOA is way too expensive.

OVERALL THE PROCESS FROM SALES TO COMPLETION WAS PRETTY GOOD.

This is the third home I've had built and Shea Homes/Trilogy has, by far, been the best home builder I've worked with. The attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has been superb. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed.

We bought a spec house and had a good experience.
