My wife and I purchased from Shea Homes. We looked at many homes and this was the one that stood out that we came back to after viewing others. The Shea team was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make this work out. We needed to sell another house and they worked with us around contingencies, timing, and ensuring it worked out. The follow up after move-in has been great and we are very happy in our Shea Home.

We love our new Shea home. The house was completed on the date promised. During the construction, we were notified of each major step as well as pictures of each stage of building. Issues that came up during the walk through were addressed immediately. Great communication and great people to work with. We could not be happier.

We had the best Shea Homes experience from start to finish. Upon move in, we had a white glove service to set up all our smart appliances and devices in the home. Everyone that we worked with during the process was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Even after purchase, the Shea experience is like none other. A mixer was held for all of the owners, including those that are waiting to close. They go the extra mile to build a neighborhood. It goes beyond the closing. My home buying experience with Shea was great.

The pool at Shea Barcelona is too small. If it were 8-10 feet longer and maybe 1/2 foot deeper, it could be adequate. It must be the smallest pool in Calif. Security must be improved! Please finish those gates. Leave them open during daytime construction, but we do not feel as secure as we would like at night. Having raised these issues, you have nevertheless built a wonderful community and we very much look forward to spending our golden years there.

The people at Barcelona are AMAZING! They make or break a company...Kyle, Matt, Jesus, Paul, Mariel, and of course Vicki have made my home purchase at Barcelona a wonderful experience. During the home buying process my wife passed away. If it weren't for the people at Shea Barcelona, I don't know if I could have made it through. They are a terrific group of people who care deeply about their customers. All I can say is, THANK YOU!
