we were told all the extras were included in the price because of the home was already built. Come to find out nothing was included.. Everything wasn’t add-on. Very frustrated that they showed up with a TV mount saying it was no charge/free. It was part of the house. We didn’t even want or use the TV mount and later looked at our paperwork seeing they charged us $450 for a TV mount we didn’t even want or use. They would not credit me nor would they throw something in that value like a lousy outlet that should’ve been there to begin with. frustrating to say the least

Need better planning Quality of appliances is bad It’s been 3 months still waiting for microwave.- the one we got is not good and bad quality Fridge is bad - bad quality

ask to see appliances , toilets and question every thing.

Multiple issues with workmanship. Fit and finish is laughable with doors that don't align, cabinets damaged, stucco peeling, paint that doesn't cover, trim that doesn't fit together. Not happy with the oversight or lack thereof by project management.

This has been a frustrating experience with the builder and HOA. My master bathroom marble countertop is flawed. It was not sealed and water spots have marred the countertop. Moved in May 2021 and still waiting for this issue to be resolved by builder. Keep getting excuse of that this particular marble company is short on staff. However, the new home still up for sale, they were able to install an upgraded marble countertop in the master bathroom. Very disappointed in builder and HOA. I thought Toll Brothers was inferior. They are a cut above Shea. Rethink Shea Homes - please. You will put more money into your home once you move-in. Also, beware of ANTS. This is there territory and you they will be in your new home. Shea will not bring out a pest control. This is the homeowners expense. ... More
