The environment is comfortable and quiet, the property staff is competent, and the neighbors are friendly and harmonious.

Deciding to move is stressful. Shea Homes makes it as enjoyable an experience anyone could ask for. Joining a 55+ community across the country to be closer to family was a daunting thought. I'm here and loving the community and reflecting on the whole process from touring the models to moving in. The sales reps and design studio were the best one could want, the construction superintendent approachable, the warranty process is well executed and the neighborhood friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I chose this community.

Extremely impressed with the multiple inspections done by Shea prior to our taking possession. The management at Shea did the final inspections! The top management comes out to make sure all the upgrades are completed and the quality is up to their specifications. We’re impressed! We were also kept informed throughout every level of construction during the build by our liaison Rudy. He was always available and answered all our questions. He guided us through the build and we had confidence in his experience!! He created a pleasurable experience which doesn’t always happen when building a home.it was completed in seven months which i think is very good in a post pandemic environment. Then Shea takes it to the next level after we took possession to do a check at one month and then again at five months after we took possession!! They will also do a one year warranty walk through too I’m told. They keep communications open to correct any situation that come up. Our satisfaction has been their priority from day one! Everything are awesome, my wife and me are very satisfied with the interior design style. I like the new equipment such as the inductive faucet switch, delay light off switch, automatic control of garages with cameras, etc,. Thank you for your professional working. One thing may need improvement The water in the swimming pool is a bit dirty, there are often flies or bugs dead body floating on the water. It would be better if you could clean up in time. Very happy with the entire experience. Tarry in Sales helped us find the perfect lot and Debbie in the Design Center helped us select finishes that we love even more now that we have moved in. Our construction manager Ryan was awesome to work with from start to finish and kept us updated on progress weekly. Richard has been very helpful with our minor issues after moving in. We absolutely love our new house and our new neighbors. Its a great community to be a part of.

This is our third house build (our first Shea build) and our best experience to date. We've built in Austin, TX, Huntington Beach, CA and now here, in the desert. We are used to working with builders and dealing with unexpected delays, materials that are out of stock, water/power not ready to be set up yet and various other challenging situations. The way that the entire Shea team dealt with us during these unexpected and unwanted moments is what stands out the most compared to other builds. Your entire team’s professionalism, personal touch, willingness to listen to us and hear us vent. and going out of their way to try to correct problems that were sometimes out of both of our controls, made this experience the best. A special call out to the following individuals that stood out and went above and beyond during this process – Lisa our sales associate who from our first visit spent the time to get to know us, learned what we liked, didn’t like, and guided us in the direction that she knew would make us happy as we built our next home. Even after the sales process and when we had already moved into our new home, she included us in a mixer at the club so that we could meet new neighbors. It was a nice gesture, very much appreciated and yes, she knows us! Ryan our builder who under promised and completely over delivered. He came through each time we had a concern about something, regardless of how small, and made sure we got the home we spec’d out. Richard our warranty guy who spent hours going through the details of the home and answering our smallest questions making sure we were going to be ready when he handed over the keys. Debbie our design specialist who helped us duplicate and mirror your model home and helped us pick the materials that make our home standout. A callout to the cabinet guy that came and fixed our kitchen cabinet that I accidently scratched during our move-in day. He came out of nowhere after Richard called him and fixed my mistake. This is the third new-build home we have purchased in seven years - with the Trilogy at the Polo Club easily being the best experience. We had every opportunity to walk the property during the build. The walk through prior to closing uncovered only minor cosmetic issues, maybe 3 or 4, to repair. All of these were resolved in three days in time for closing. The quality, attention to detail and consistency of the construction is fantastic. The experience from sales representative to closing and after has been awesome!

We have purchased four brand new properties over 40 years and Shea is by far the best ever. Premium construction, thorough oversight and excellent communication made the experience. Even my father in law, an architect, told us mnat years ago that Shea was the best home builder in SoCal and he was rigth
